Colin was accommodating on what I was looking for. He even searched for my preferred vehicle at other dealerships and arranged to have it transferred to Barrhead for me. I hit a deer with my car on Jan 6. I showed up at the body shop at Grizzly early the next morning obviously upset. Kim and Brad were so nice to me even though they didn't know me from a hole in the wall. body shop at Grizzly early the next morning obviously upset. Kim and Brad were so nice to me even though they didn't know me from a hole in the wall. They assured me that they would get my car fixed and that everything would be OK. Sheena walked me through the paperwork needed to get the process started. It took longer than expected to get my car fixed due to problems with parts (which was out of their control). Brad and Sheena were great at keeping me informed as to what was happening. I only had a certain amount of loss of use coverage through my insurance but I wasn't charged extra for the rental car they gave me. I happened to catch Stu walking through the shop and asked if he could set up a wheel alignment for me before I picked my car up. Done, I didn't have to mention it again. Thank you to all the staff that I didn't deal with directly, the paint shop guys and the gal that detailed my car after it was painted. You guys did an awesome job!! I have never dealt with Grizzly before but the next time I need to purchase a vehicle I will definitely come see you! More
