I recently ordered a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq Ultimate from this dealership. I worked with an employee named David. He offered me $1000 incentive to get my business an hour and a half from where I live and pur this dealership. I worked with an employee named David. I waited 8 weeks for my vehicle to arrive and 24 hours before picking it up they said they made a mistake and the price increased by $1850. I spoke to David who spoke to management. No one called, so I ended up calling and speaking with Frank. He heard me explain the mistake that was made but did not offer any solutions. He said he would talk to the general sales manager and when he called back, again, nothing they can do. They identified that they were accountable for the mistake but could not offer any solutions other than pay the difference or walk away with no vehicle. I work in manufacturing and if my company ever made an error, the client would never be responsible and would have to eat the cost. I had already changed my insurance and purchased winter tires for this car. They did not care and did not offer anything to make a gesture of remorse. The funny thing is, the original contract was signed by not only David, but Frank himself who said that the error could have never been found until the car came in. When I was waiting on hold to resolve this issue, the recording boasts about the transparency and integrity of this dealership - ironic. I had previously recommended this dealership to friends and family; I was wrong. Do not go to this dealership because you may think you are getting a “great deal” only for it to be stripped away 24 hours before pick up and then essentially told we don’t really care if you buy from us and you can walk away. I found our salesman Zak to be very professional and engaging without being pushy! When I finally decided to buy he made the process seamless and even kept his word to have my new snow tires installed w engaging without being pushy! Bought new car here few weeks ago and was rather disappointed with customer service, asked to exclude wheel locks from the deal, and install clear film on bumper and hood of the car, first was told disappointed with customer service, asked to exclude wheel locks from the deal, and install clear film on bumper and hood of the car, first was told no problem, by guy named Warren, than upon picking car up was told that's it's impossible to exclude wheel locks and that they "don't feel comfortable" installing clear film on this particular bumper so they can do only part of the hood, so we just paid for wheel locks however when picked up a car no wheel locks were present on or in the car so paid a 100cad for something I haven't received and just being fed promises for last two weeks that issue will be addressed, parts just need to come in, however parts department said they can have parts in 2-3 days. 2 rims are balanced with 1.5oz weights which seems to be tad excessive for new tires and rims. Other point was when I asked to check tire pressure, tire guy said they set all tires at 35psi and it should be fine, despite manufacturer clearly stating 33psi front and 31psi rear, was told that oil change interval is 8k Km where cars oil change reminder and bluelink calling for 6k km, not a great attitude and doesn't sit well with me as a customer or class A mechanic, besides makes me wonder how 2k km over manufacturer recommended oil change interval would affect original or extended warranty and whom to believe?!. And in general, didn't felt appreciated as a customer, more like someone who dares to waste their time. Not something you expect after spending 30+ K. And salesman has oddacity to ask for 5 star review. After review I was contacted by manager Frank and he looked after issue with wheel locks and promised to see what he can do about installing clear film on the bumper. More
