Cash Grab Beware I have been using Forbes/Grimsby Ford for past 20 years. Service was always professional with Don. Now they have all new service staff and it has beco I have been using Forbes/Grimsby Ford for past 20 years. Service was always professional with Don. Now they have all new service staff and it has become just a cash grab, Went it for an oil change and told I need a new battery. Funny 3 other people in for service all needed new batteries a bit suspicious. I went in for a emissions test and an issues with my tires. 4 hours later and 700 later. Went in for an oil change the other day and now they said need more work almost the same as just completed. When I said I had no time today for the repair the service advisor went off in a huff. I think they need to pay for all the renovations so they are making up all these things in the service department for it. New ownership and ALL the good service people are gone which includes some the mechanics , Jack (service manager) , Don Service Advisor. STAY AWAY I am not going back. More
