Chadd Lockwood is the Best General Manager! Chadd Lockwood is the best General Manager I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, funny & courteous. On top of it all, the atmosphere is great! Everyone who works there is professional and easy going! Worst Dealership in Niagara and maybe in Canada so I bought a used 2012 Volkswagen GLI from this dealership, 10,000km down the road, my transmission SHOT, went to VW dealership to get it repaired un so I bought a used 2012 Volkswagen GLI from this dealership, 10,000km down the road, my transmission SHOT, went to VW dealership to get it repaired under my 5yr drivetrain/powertrain, found out the cars DSG service hadn't been done at 60,000 when they took over the car, so now I am stuck with a $7,000 repair job. Car was also driven by an employee for 4,000km ( was aware of that). I spoke with the GM and Sales Manager, GM was helpful and understanding and the Sales Manager Grant was not helpful at all. Said he'd call/text me with info to help me get it fixed for a deal, but decided to leave me in the dark and make the excuse that he couldn't get a hold of the Service Manager yet I'm sure if i called every day, I'd be able to get ahold of him. Pretty poor professionalism in this case and it's ridiculous that they sell me a car that turns out to be a lemon and now I am at risk driving every day, and my transmission completely failing. More
Worst experience ever I took my 2010 ford escape for a tune up and when I got it back my washer fluid resivware was cracked and it was now leaking coolant ,note,I mainta I took my 2010 ford escape for a tune up and when I got it back my washer fluid resivware was cracked and it was now leaking coolant ,note,I maintain maintenance on my vehicle regularly, and it wasn't leaking from either spot before the tune up ,So I brought it back and complained, Carlos refused to take responsibility for the damages caused by there mechanic and wanted me to pay for the repairs if I wanted them fixed,I will never deal with this dealership again!!!!Crooks!!!his own word oh it's just a coincidence there leaking after service!! More
Poor service Worst service support staff ever. Truck has been in their shop for going on three week now still not ready. Was taken in for windshield and tires whic Worst service support staff ever. Oil change over three days before they got around to it. Truck still sits there waiting to get a small scratch repaired on rear door. Wow never again!! More
Service has deteriorated over the last few years. This used to be a great Ford Dealership. A couple years ago it went through some changes, new faces, and service has suffered. Great Service I have purchased two cars from Grimsby Ford. A 2014 Escape and a 2015 F-150. Both cars have been excellent and after sales service at the dealership I have purchased two cars from Grimsby Ford. A 2014 Escape and a 2015 F-150. Please do yourselves a favor and go to a different ford dealership! The owner is rude and spiteful. If you have a problem or concern he does not address it, he will only take your money if you are unsatisfied. If you agree to meet with him he will threaten to sue you for his time and more damages! His exact words "If you left $1000 I would have kept it" "If you would have left $5000 I would have kept that to!" He is unprofessional, rude, and spiteful! The owners exact words to my face "I'm going to sue you for more damages and for my time today" I can promise you my partner and I were reasonable and we're willingly to pay their administration fee for their time which was $189 but they are keeping our full deposit with no explanation of damages. Please visit a different ford dealership. Avoid Grimsby Ford! Note that I am not upset with Ford. I am upset with the Grimsby Ford dealership and the owner! More
Poor service I brought my truck in for service, and when a service tech was bringing it into the shop he drove into a fire hydrant and damaged my truck. They set me up with a rental while it was being repaired, but when I got it back I noticed the box rail cap that's on the bed of my truck was broken off and was attempted to be glued back on. No one notified a manager or myself of this occurrence and tried to cover up the damage. I am still waiting for a resolution as it has not been properly fixed. They apparently were waiting for a part and I have not heard anything from them. More
