Worst experience ever I took my 2010 ford escape for a tune up and when I got it back my washer fluid resivware was cracked and it was now leaking coolant ,note,I mainta I took my 2010 ford escape for a tune up and when I got it back my washer fluid resivware was cracked and it was now leaking coolant ,note,I maintain maintenance on my vehicle regularly, and it wasn't leaking from either spot before the tune up ,So I brought it back and complained, Carlos refused to take responsibility for the damages caused by there mechanic and wanted me to pay for the repairs if I wanted them fixed,I will never deal with this dealership again!!!!Crooks!!!his own word oh it's just a coincidence there leaking after service!! More
Poor service Worst service support staff ever. Truck has been in their shop for going on three week now still not ready. Was taken in for windshield and tires whic Worst service support staff ever. Oil change over three days before they got around to it. Truck still sits there waiting to get a small scratch repaired on rear door. Wow never again!! More
Service has deteriorated over the last few years. This used to be a great Ford Dealership. A couple years ago it went through some changes, new faces, and service has suffered. Great Service I have purchased two cars from Grimsby Ford. A 2014 Escape and a 2015 F-150. Please do yourselves a favor and go to a different ford dealership! The owner is rude and spiteful. If you have a problem or concern he does not address it, he will only take your money if you are unsatisfied. If you agree to meet with him he will threaten to sue you for his time and more damages! His exact words "If you left $1000 I would have kept it" "If you would have left $5000 I would have kept that to!" He is unprofessional, rude, and spiteful! The owners exact words to my face "I'm going to sue you for more damages and for my time today" I can promise you my partner and I were reasonable and we're willingly to pay their administration fee for their time which was $189 but they are keeping our full deposit with no explanation of damages. Please visit a different ford dealership. Avoid Grimsby Ford! Note that I am not upset with Ford. I am upset with the Grimsby Ford dealership and the owner! More
Poor service I brought my truck in for service, and when a service tech was bringing it into the shop he drove into a fire hydrant and damaged my truck. They set me up with a rental while it was being repaired, but when I got it back I noticed the box rail cap that's on the bed of my truck was broken off and was attempted to be glued back on. No one notified a manager or myself of this occurrence and tried to cover up the damage. I am still waiting for a resolution as it has not been properly fixed. They apparently were waiting for a part and I have not heard anything from them. More
I had the most wonderful experience buying my very first brand new car at Grimsby Ford. As most people know buying your first new car can be stressful when it comes to making decisions. Joanna and Joe took brand new car at Grimsby Ford. As most people know buying your first new car can be stressful when it comes to making decisions. Joanna and Joe took time out of their weekend to meet with me and go over details and paperwork. They were so understanding and caring to all my needs and explained everything in detail. I could also contact Joanna at anytime with questions. Joanna, Joe and Bob made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I am so thankful I went to Grimsby Ford to purchase my 2014 ford fusion. I have made friendships that I will never forget. I am looking forward to getting my first oil change at the dealership, just so I have an excuse to say hello to everyone again. I am beyond happy and overjoyed with my car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends. - Amanda More
I had dropped off my F150 the night before for repairs. Just a fuel filter and fuel module replacement. The next day arrives and wouldn't you know it, my seven year daughter is sick and I keep her home f Just a fuel filter and fuel module replacement. The next day arrives and wouldn't you know it, my seven year daughter is sick and I keep her home from school. So my wife is not available to come home and I cannot find a sitter for my daughter. So Joe calls from the dealership and I explain my issue to him. He says, ' no problem, we will bring your truck to you.' And they did !! I would just like to say that I am very grateful for the outstanding customer service. I purchase items for maintenance for my F150 from Forbes and I am always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. More

Purchasing my 2013 Explorer was a very pleasant experience with Chad spending time with me answering all my questions before and after my test drive. The price negotiating was handled professionally with an extended warranty explained by Joanne and the paperwork / licensing etc all handled by the dealership completely stress free. They washed, waxed and filled up the gas tank for me and when I picked up the vehicle a nice young man spent approx 1 hour with me showing how all the features worked. I would highly recommend Grimsby Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More

Clint helped me evaluate the pros and cons of choosing new vs used, considered my intended use/needs/wants in a vehicle in helping me choose the Fiesta, and did so without making me feel pressured or rushed. The financing staff were similarly great, arranging everything for me and ensuring I knew what paperwork to bring to complete the sale. :) Communications were super quick - from the time I made contact with Ford via email to the time I was connected to the team via voice as well as email was under an hour, and they were available for my questions and providing updates all the way through the process. I'll be making Grimsby Ford my dealer of choice going forward with vehicle purchases for myself and my family. More
