My overall experience was fantastic, dropped my car off for some simple maintenance, turns out I need a little more than the maintenance I thought I need. The service team was very transparent with me and for some simple maintenance, turns out I need a little more than the maintenance I thought I need. The service team was very transparent with me and told me exactly what I need. Now because of this slightly worse issue I could drive my car for about a week, so they hooked me up with a loaner car, a 2024 Tiguan, smelled a lil wonky but by the time I got my car back the smell was gone. Got my car back and I don't think I've had better balanced wheels since I first got the car, and I've been through 2 other shops. I didn't even have to re adjust my seat when I got the car back 11/10 More

Ashly was amazing and professional now, the shop itself is horribly run. To take 6.5 hours to change like and to put on new summer tires and mount. Talked to General Manager, he did not speed things up. I have been working with VW at GP trying to resolve my radio/information system that may or may not come on? They say it needs a disc to update the system? No problem, I will pay for it. Answer is, no where in the world could Grande Prairie VW get a is disc. That does not help the customer. End result, I and my family all have VW and o will most likely never be back and will provide the feedback to my family of my experience and coach them to seek elsewhere. More
