I am very disappointed in the service I receive at GP Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet. Paige listened to our needs and kept in touch with us on the vehicle we wanted as it became available. She went to bat for us while negotiating the deal and did what she could to earn our business. She engaged with our kids, which to the average person may not seem like much. But for those trying to car shop with children in tow, it made a big difference that Paige and her coworkers had colouring books and balloons ready to go to help keep our kids distracted while we handled business. Paige is friendly, professional, and pays close attention to detail. I would recommend her to others in the hunt for a vehicle. More
