Deniz met my husband and I in the parking lot when we were poking around looking for a used vehicle. Deniz was knowledgeable, patient, never in a rush, never pushy and he listened to the things we were saying. He worked with our work time constraints and we feel we made a much better decision for ourselves. He was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle but also the technology like Car-Net that works with this vehicle. We will share the positive experience we had, purchasing our first ever new vehicle after all these years, with others! I would also like to mention all of the staff at Grande Prairie Volkswagen who assisted us and made us feel welcome. Paige, Rachel, Michael (Finance Mgr) and the other manager guy with the good hair...were also genuinely helpful, welcoming, fun and kind to us. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from GP Volkswagen and both times were very positive.
