Service and sales departments have both gone over and above to accommodate me with test driving vehicles along with thorough inspections of my many vehicles. The Tucson I drive is my 3rd. I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I purchased just the cord and then found out I also needed to replace the end on the bumper. The parts department were awesome, especially Mike. I then met with Dean in the service department who was able to get my vehicle in right away. Thanks to the great service I still had a bill to pay for my screwup but got it fixed almost pain free.
