Service and sales departments have both gone over and above to accommodate me with test driving vehicles along with thorough inspections of my many vehicles. Discovering that the inspections come with pi above to accommodate me with test driving vehicles along with thorough inspections of my many vehicles. Discovering that the inspections come with pictures plus accurate description of issue was a huge plus. Being able to pick and choose what you need fixed by priority and what I was able to afford was a huge plus as well. Thank you so much Grande Prairie Hyundai you have a customer for life. We called in the morning from Edmonton travelling to the Yukon as our vehicle needed a recall. We arrived at 12:40 for our 1 pm appointment. We were in the road by 12:55. Amazing, helpful & friendly. The Tucson I drive is my 3rd. I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I purchased just the cord and then found out I also needed to replace the end on the bumper. The parts department were awesome, especially Mike. I then met with Dean in the service department who was able to get my vehicle in right away. Thanks to the great service I still had a bill to pay for my screwup but got it fixed almost pain free.
