DO NOT BUY from go auto richmond chrysler. They are liars and would just take your money and will not care about you after purchase. We bought a 2022 4runner last June 2024 but on the day of pick up my husband noticed that there was a scratch on the back bumper. The salesman Keiran said that they will book it for repair as they did not notice it before. They said someone will call us to book the repair and the undercoating that was also agreed on that they will do as part of the deal to buy the vehicle and was approved by his manager. We keep following up on when we can be done but the salesman keiran keep saying a lot of a delaying tactics. More
