I would like to thank Mathew in the (Service Department) and Francesca Z. for their great customer service. Had issues with my backup camera. -Originally I took my vehicle to Langley Chrysler - poor cu and Francesca Z. for their great customer service. Had issues with my backup camera. -Originally I took my vehicle to Langley Chrysler - poor customer service - customer service representative (Angela) advised I was not able to get a loaner for 2 months and unless they keep the vehicle for a few days and drive it around (my gas and no loaner) to confirm the issue of the back up camera not working. (although we had photos of the backup camera not working) they couldn't fix the the issue unless they saw it. (Diagnosis does not detect electrical issues). Fed up with Langley Chrysler and their poor customer service, I took our 2017 Ram back to the original dealership I purchased from. I called and spoke to Francesca, advised of the issue and about the loaner vehicle. She advised to leave it with her and she would call me back. Francesca called me back, she booked an appt with Matthew in the service dept and provided a loaner vehicle. Took my vehicle in the next day, saw Matthew - he reviewed the issue, at this point the backup camera was not working at all. Advised Langley Chrysler replaced the backup camera last year and the year before that. Matthew advised to leave it with him. The loaner vehicle was ready for me to pick up, The same day I got a call back from Matthew and advise it was the wiring harness (which they replaced) and the camera was working. Advised I could pick up the vehicle anytime on the weekend. The service provided by both was fabulous. Thank you both for a great experience and fast results. More
Had to get service done on my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I brought my vehicle in for inspection and they had a service date for me within two days. True to their word, I brought my vehicle in and they went over and above for me. Kept in me the loop the entire time and by the next morning - just as they said - I was picking up my vehicle. Service was exceptional!!!!! Thank you sooooo much Bill Williams and Emily Chin in Service, "Steven" in the bodyshop and to that un-named mechanic that stayed late to get the job done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! More
Purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from this Dealership, my sale associate was Bruce Juarez, helpful non pressure salesperson answered my question promptly via text or email, delightful person to deal with, pi sale associate was Bruce Juarez, helpful non pressure salesperson answered my question promptly via text or email, delightful person to deal with, picked up the Jeep a week later and he provided a shuttle pickup even though I'm located a hr drive away, the Wrangler was inspected and professionally detailed and everything went smoothly. If I'm ever in the market for a Mopar product I'll surely look Bruce up! More

About a week ago we took our BRAND NEW, 9350KM jeep from abbotsford to vernon The BRAND NEW JEEP, WITH 9350KM, over heated about half way to our destination There were some bolts that attach the coolant hose to the engine that had backed off!!! These bolts are not reachable without specialized tools or removing engine parts to access it. This caused us to not be able to fix the vehicle on the roadside where it died, and further more, THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE, that the delearsgip couldnt be bothered to inform us of Because of the timing of our lemon breaking down, we needed to take several cabs and i had to miss a day of work because we couldnt get the vehicle fixed do to delearships being closed for the long weekend We wound up approximately $700 out of pocket, and dodge warranty will only cover up to $300 of this So i contacted the delearship to give them the opportunity to make good on the xxxx vehicle they sold us and pay out the remaining $400 dollars or so Well thats where the wonderful dennis comes in and tells me too bad so sad, and its my problem that they sold us a faulty vehicle, and that there would be no compensation, he even "asked the owner" who also said there will be no compensation Now to my salesman moose, i really enjoyed dealing with him when purchasing our 2 vehicles, and i reminded him that i have bought 2 vehicles in the last 18 months, and that i really wanted to be able to continue doing business in the future. but when faced with the ultimatum to figure something out to get me a cheque for the remaining $400 or lose all future business from us which would make him and the delearship far more money in the future, he tucked tail and ran, he didnt even have the xxxxx to tell me to suck it up and that $400 means more to the delearship than making a repeat customer happy!!!! Nope he just ignored my messages completely, WEAK BRO!!!!! I have now read over plenty of reviews of this delearship and see that it is a common problem, to be discarded and written off by these shysters, the minute the ink as dry and youre out the door I only hope that this review can get through to at least 1 potential customer and save them from throwing their money away at this delearship, i promise you, you are nothing to them more than a monthly payment PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE whenever possible do your vehicle shopping anywhere else, im sure that somewhere out there, theres is a delearship that values their customers and their hard earned money, i assure you, ITS NOT THIS DEALERSHIP UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!!!!! so appx 3 weeks after i made this review, the wonderful dennis decides to call me, he says "the owner read your review, now we want to help you out", i called this guy out on his BS, i said you told me we would not be recieving any compensation or "help" I told him that they were trying to buy me off and the guy actually admitted it, BAHAHAHAHHAA then he tried to offer me the $400 i was trying to recover!!! I told him that he wouldnt be calling me and insulting my intelligence if i wasnt costing his delearship more than $400, guess what?? He agreed again I told him to come up with a fair settlement for me to remove my review and my family would consider it, guess what happened next?? In true richmond chrysler fasion he ghosted me again So basically long story short, at richmond chrysler, your loyal repeat business and 5 star revuews arent worth a dime, but a 2 star negative review is worth $400 and insulting your intelligence, what a joke this place is to.deal with More
Had an excellent time working through the process of converting from a Toyota 2019 Highlander to a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Minivan. In hindsight, I only wish we would have done the shift to minivan years converting from a Toyota 2019 Highlander to a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Minivan. In hindsight, I only wish we would have done the shift to minivan years ago, but I'm glad we waited for this iteration of the minivan (I would argue the best available out there right now, second to the Sienna, and Odyssey being the runner up for 2021! The buying experience was smooth, and when we realized there was no vehicles in stock or on order that would match exactly our needs, we factory ordered one. Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep honored the Dec previous year price quote for the trade in value, and we were grateful in the end we waited for the delivery of our new ride. Our family loves the tech, the comfort and the safety and working with Dennis was a breeze, as he was excellent at bridging the gaps in expectations as we were making the large purchase. Would recommend Dennis if you are looking for a no hassle and honest buying experience. More
This is our second vehicle purchase with Richmond Chrysler. We've had some issues with some of the vehicles, and all were dealt with. Danny however is a hothead. If you ever have to deal with him treat him as you would a three year old who's on the edge. Anything you say to Danny goes in one ear and out the other. He's walks to the beat of his own narrative regardless of facts in front of him, and won't hesitate to hang up on you. This may be our second vehicle with Richmond Chrysler, but it is unlikely we will buy a third. More
Let’s talk about Barry. An employee so incompetent and rude they don’t even list him below. A man so lazy and full of greed he refused to even send an email because it was inconvenient for him. Took 4 people and a threat to the bbb for him to do a simple task of sending an email. You’d think the financial manager would know how t send an email. If you want to wait over an hour everytime you have to insure your car deal with these guys. I purchased a vehicle a little over two years ago and now that I have to renew my insurance they don’t care. They refuse to send over the authorization forms to the vendors. Do not go here if you value your time because they don’t. More
