I told her she should have cleaned off my battery as a customer appreciation not as a make money attempt. More

Went for oil change without an appointment. Was met by Nick, service attendant who was extremely helpful and genuinely interested to see that I was well looked after. Was out in in the time he estimated, little over an hour. Mentioned that there were a couple of no urgent issues that I should watch for, but nothing urgent at this time. I also really appreciated his follow up phone call the following morning to make that all was okay. Thank you. More
