Never go there I would give them 0 stars if I had that option. Brand new Nissan Rogue bought 3 months ago had problem with the door. I went there and was told that i I would give them 0 stars if I had that option. Brand new Nissan Rogue bought 3 months ago had problem with the door. I went there and was told that it was covered under the warranty. They said they’d keep updating me. Left the car at 8am no calls received, finally went there at 4 assuming it’ll all be done. But they said we couldn’t fix it because service manager said its not covered under the warranty. Service manager was so rude when I talked to her. Said sorry can’t do anything. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE More

Next day afternoon I and my wife decided to defer our car purchase so I Went there and the sales person was though new but scared to talk about refund. Later they called a General Sales Manager named Troy, he was so aggressive and rude and seems like a head of scam in Go Nissan South. After meeting Troy I was so disappointed and we regret to visit Go Nissan South. Luckily Next day I talked to a random sales person and he refunded the amount and I took a deep and peaceful breath. There are very good as well as Scam minded people in Go Nissan South. Be aware of them. More

Honesty We responded to an ad on Kijiji and that’s how we met Ricki Ammar at Go Nissan South. Right away we could tell he was not an ordinary car salesman. We responded to an ad on Kijiji and that’s how we met Ricki Ammar at Go Nissan South. Right away we could tell he was not an ordinary car salesman. He asked questions AND listened, then asked more questions. He was not ‘salesy’ at all and he was immediately likeable. We took the vehicle for a test drive and I was surprised how much he knew about the vehicle even though it wasn’t a Nissan. There was no pressure at any time. We left for an appointment at another dealership. Before we left I made several specific requests for more information. To my surprise he came back within an hour answering every single request. I know this might sound simple but he was the only car salesman I met that listened so carefully and remembered everything. Then a little later he came back again and this is what blew me away. He said that after further investigating that there may be issues installing a hitch on this vehicle and that it may be trouble. He knew this would compromise the deal but he was forthright anyway. We didn’t buy it because of Ricki’s honesty and careful attention to details.
