Honestly you guys are good at what you do. Which is con people out of whatever money you can. One of your employees told me verbatim that if anything changed on his end he would let me know. You guys knew someone else had put a deposit down on the car I was coming to view the day before my viewing. That doesn't warrant letting me know of any changes? That was a five hour drive for me and six hours of both of our time wasted. I knew I wouldn't get that deposit back, even though I was told I would. I would also like you to try and explain to me how you went from selling the $23000 car I came to view and purchase originally to being extremely misleading towards me and trying to sell me basically a $50000 car. Oh it's "platinum" and "we're so sorry the other car got sold" I almost bought a car that I couldn't afford, and that I said I couldn't afford and I didn't want to begin with. If I had gone in there by myself I guarantee you guys could have seriously screwed me over. I used to have severe panic attacks and I haven't had one in years. This entire situation was so stressful that it sent me into a full blown panic attack. The sales manager Kyle was literally still trying to sell me a car while I sat across from him having a panic attack. There was no "I'm sorry for pushing so hard" or anything. I wasn't going to even write a review. But you literally tried to finesse a 20 year old girl out of close to $50000. Keep the deposit. If this can deter a single person from going to you then that's fine with me. Also let's not forget to mention the other car that you showed me that your employee said was "squeaky clean" and there was an oil leak, the a/c and heat didn't work, and there was also severe damage underneath the car and to the rims. Do your mechanics even look into your trade ins? I seriously should have read reviews. Also "we're not just about making sales" THAT IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB. You guys are a joke. More
