So they gave us a service car which is a Nissan Joke! (Oops Juke) its literally smaller inside than a honda civic with a horrible yellow color. Even my 4 y/o daughter is screaming and crying "its so ugly!" and doesn't want to get inside the service car... Her knees is already touching the back of the drivers seat which I believe is not safe... The Guy name Lance of the service department said that its their last car but I have seen a lot of service car inside. A guy in the sales department was trying to be nice and gave my daughter a big balloon. Funny thing is that with the balloon inside that small car my husband couldn't see the back... To think it was raining hard and passing thru a Wayne Gretzky drive... That Nissan Juke service car was really a BIG JOKE! More

He was excellent to work with both being mindful of the expectations of the dealership, and our needs in purchasing vehicles. Raj offered us 5 ?? service on numerous occasions. When we had a hiccup with service, Raj ensured our needs were met. As an aside, two of our children have also purchased autos through Raj and have been equally satisfied! More
Go Nissan? Go elsewhere! They refused to release MY fully paid for vehicle without payment for the oil change and I had to return with the document showing my lifetime oil change offer. Then surprise surprise "suddenly" finance found the record of it on there system. This is an absolutely pathetic and disgusting attempt at swindling money out of consumers and an unjustified seizure of my vehicle. The original salesperson I dealt with was great but I would have never bought a Nissan from this dealership if I knew I would be dealing with this sort of behavior. More

This year I did the trade at Nissan North on 137Ave And have only good things to say! I was treated respectfully, and had a great sales experience. Tim Pham was awesome! He helped me with a great car and was very knowledgeable! The service was amazing! Super friendly staff. I received a loner to get my things done. If you need a car and good service go there! You won't be disappointed by the service, or the selection of vehicles. They do care about their customers, and ensures good service is provided. You’re treated like family, not like a customer. Overcharged for repairs. Depends who your service advisor is I brought my truck in as my temperature gauge read low. They charged the diagnostic fee and changed the antifreeze/coolant. I was charged 4.5 hours and the bill came out to over $700.00 I have had work done at this shop before and did not have any problems with their quality of work and pricing. Great sales experience, decently smooth purchase We came into Go Nissan North after a marathon of used/new car hunting at other dealerships that was *incredibly* frustrating due to high pressure sale We came into Go Nissan North after a marathon of used/new car hunting at other dealerships that was *incredibly* frustrating due to high pressure sales people trying to up-sell us ridiculously when we had made our budget very clear. We went against our better judgement, because generally we have had awful experiences with Go Auto, including but not limited to very high pressure sales and trying to give us 3K for our Mazda3 trade in worth ~8-9K. We said, "really?!?" and he 'fought' to get us 3.5K. When we said xxxx no and left, magically the next day he could get 5K. Funny how that works. Yuck. Common but yuck. We sold that car ourselves for 8K and bought elsewhere. At Go Nissan North, Ken was really great to work with and allowed us to test drive by ourselves which was great He was able to get us a good deal on our used car. He was very kind and listened to us thoroughly and was one of the few salespeople willing to speak to us in terms of total cost, not just monthly payments. The others just tried to convert it to monthly payments to convince us we could 'afford' a ludicrously large loan. Ken made us feel accommodated and went out of his way to make sure he greeted us and saw us out the door each time we came in. The only real hiccup we had is the original "all-in" price included the theft protection cost ($499), we asked for a new "all-in" price, which they "met", partially by not including that $499. However, we're not overly upset because we still got a fairly significant discount and had an overall positive experience. The financing process was pretty smooth and straight forward, interest rate was ok. Bryce was really kind to deal with and had an accommodating schedule. Lots of the usual sales pitches of coatings, warranties, and service plans, but he was polite when we refused them, which we appreciated. To be honest, the 1 & 2 star reviews of most Go Auto dealerships was a huge turnoff to getting continued Go Auto service, and this specific dealership is a long ways away from us, so no potential cost savings is worth potentially crappy service. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More
