Excellent service! Went into Nissan to get an oil change I wasn't to impressed with the service considering I have extended warranty and they wanted me to pay. What a Joke I booked my 2015 Nissan Murano into the shop on Monday 02rd January 2017 as I received a letter from Nissan Canada informing my that there was a reca I booked my 2015 Nissan Murano into the shop on Monday 02rd January 2017 as I received a letter from Nissan Canada informing my that there was a recall on my vehicle as there could be a fault with the ABS actuator. No problem. I sat and waited for 2 hours then was informed that they didn't have the part I needed and had to get the part delivered from Calgary and it would arrive the following day. I informed Graham that I would like a loaner vehicle as I work night shift. I received a loaner Vehicle. The dealership phoned my at 1130hrs on the Tuesday, even though I informed them to ring me after 3 pm to say my vehicle was ready.. The dealership were driving my vehicle to my home when they noticed a warning light come on the dashboard. They informed me that the part they fitted was faulty and needed to order another one. Thursday 05th at 3 30pm I thought I would phone the service department to find out what was happening with my vehicle. Curtis the service department manager informed me that the part they fitted was not faulty but they now have a problem with the instrument cluster saying there is a fault with the vehicle. Curtis informed me that I could have to wait up to 4 weeks to get a new one fitted as there aren't any in Canada. I asked to keep the loaner as I did not want to drive my vehicle with a warning light on not noing if anything else was going wrong with it. Curtis said this was not possible ,even though my vehicle was working fine when I took it in and now after them tampering with it I could be driving an unsafe vehicle. They messed up up my vehicle which has less than 12000km and I'm not happy. More

We bought a used Murano from this dealership a few weeks ago. Our salesperson appeared to be new to the job and did not always seem to know what was going on with the car. When we went to pick up the vehicle a day after it was supposed to be ready, we had to wait around for four hours. We also had to take it in for repairs immediately after driving it off the lot. At one point a loaner was being dropped off at our house, and our sales rep never called us to tell us it would be four hours late. She did not update us on the status of the car; rather we repeatedly had to contact the dealership to see how the repairs were going and when the car would be ready. It took ten days after we purchased the vehicle to finally have it in satisfactory working condition. On top of everything, I just put winter tires on the vehicle, and the service workers at Kal Tire told me the all-seasons the car came with were almost totally bare. They recommended I do not put them back on the vehicle as they would not safely last another summer. The dealer did put $500 on our Go Auto account to put towards all-season tires come Spring. This helps but is still frustrating as we have had to return to the dealer often for issues that should have been guaranteed with the purchase of the vehicle. I will say that Shawn in finance was absolutely amazing to deal with and that the staff working in the service department were very friendly and helpful. More
Don't even bother just go elsewhere!!!!! Recently went into Go nissan north for a 2 buy deal. Have had a salesman and a manager walk out or quit in the middle of my deal with no answer. Had to go back into the dealership 2 times to find out that even after doing a hard credit check I was no closer to an answer because nobody was even trying to get me numbers. First guy quit his job and the second couldn't be bothered. Also had another sales manager and salesman gang up on me to argue numbers that were for an already rejected deal. They had nothing to do with what was going on and didn't even have the right deal infront of them. I was insulted and called by my last name ( no Mr. ) in disrespect. I have been waiting for a MONTH now to hear about a deal that they decided to try but have still heard nothing even after calling, texting and emailing. They have zero respect and show no professional attitude. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted in any dealership before. I have been a very loyal nissan driver for the last 6 years. 3 new Titans, a new Maxima and new Micra since 2010 and this is the respect I get. I would not recommend Go Nissan North to anyone. If you want to buy the name go to Sherwood Park or anywhere else outside Edmonton. I personally think it's time to get out of nissan all together and go back to chevy or Toyota. Never buying or referring Nissan again!!!!!!! More
Generally awful. We have been dealing with this specific dealership for 2 years. We have had to fight to have this location honour our lifetime oil change packages, ou We have been dealing with this specific dealership for 2 years. We have had to fight to have this location honour our lifetime oil change packages, our go auto gold card arrangement which covers many eathetic issues, we have unlimited windshield repairs that we have fought with them over. They have recently undergone an entire staff change in many of their departments, however the service is still awful. I waited over 40 minutes today to have some recall work done, and when I left after not having the service done, no one really cared that I hadn't been taken care of or even informed that the appointment had taken longer than estimated. My car hadn't even moved from the breezeway after this wait, for what was a 'quick, half-hour' fix. Every time we have taken our vehicle in, it has been a nightmare. The service manager, Curtis, is as useless and uninformed as he was when he was working in the breezeway. His answer to all of our issues is, 'all I can do is apologize', every single time. Do not purchase your vehicle from here, and if you have, I strongly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere for servicing. This place isn't worth the free coffee. More
Horrible Seevice We bought a 2016 Pathfinder Hybrid from this dealership. Although the sales team was decent, the service department has been nothing but a joke. They sold us conventional lifetime oil changes, then proceeded to tell us this model needs synthetic oil and that it wasn't covered under lifetime changes and that we would have to pay an extra $80 per oil change. Better off going to quick lube. And every time we have gone in for service, they have been behind schedule, significantly, while we wait for what was supposed to be a 'quick' service. Or they call to tell me the car is ready for pickup and I turn up only to find out it will still be another half hour or more. So they gave us a service car which is a Nissan Joke! (Oops Juke) its literally smaller inside than a honda civic with a horrible yellow color. Even my 4 y/o daughter is screaming and crying "its so ugly!" and doesn't want to get inside the service car... Her knees is already touching the back of the drivers seat which I believe is not safe... The Guy name Lance of the service department said that its their last car but I have seen a lot of service car inside. A guy in the sales department was trying to be nice and gave my daughter a big balloon. Funny thing is that with the balloon inside that small car my husband couldn't see the back... To think it was raining hard and passing thru a Wayne Gretzky drive... That Nissan Juke service car was really a BIG JOKE! More

He was excellent to work with both being mindful of the expectations of the dealership, and our needs in purchasing vehicles. Raj offered us 5 ?? service on numerous occasions. When we had a hiccup with service, Raj ensured our needs were met. As an aside, two of our children have also purchased autos through Raj and have been equally satisfied! More
