If a salesperson won't deal with you, go somewhere else. If you're not prepared to confront these guys, you will not get your way. All dealerships are 99% the same. I've had my car cleaned for free, services on tires done for no charge, lost winter tires in storage replaced for free (sure, I wasn't pleased, but they did the right thing-how can anyone be faulted for that?) and gotten loaners when asked. All it takes is little planing, is all. Oh, and the discount program for service is very good! More

They staff proactively offer the coach service to go out shopping rather than just waiting at the dealership. Very Impressive! Never any other dealership offer me the service actively like they do. All other dealerships refuse your request or need you wait for hour before you can the coach ride and by that time. I also saw them ask a old lady if she want a loaner to go out. Best experience ever. More

He told me he will go find out and come back an these prices will be final. You like it or here is the door. I was shocked for a few minutes from his answer and was waiting for him to come back, 15 minutes later. I told the front person to get me that guy and told him. I don't wanna know how much the cars are, I don't care. That was horrible experience to say that to two couples coming in to buy two cars. I personally own a business with more than 35 people, if one of them say that, they are fired because I care. More

I was in the process of looking at vehicles when a friend put me in contact with this dealership. The other dealership wanted to put me into a 2012 Ford Focus SEL with 50,000 kms on the unit. It had a car accident in Jan 2014 with an estimate but no insurance claim which through the first red flag, the second was that it was stolen only 6 months later, Jul 2014. The wonderful people at Go Nissan North got me into a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback with 10,600 kms on it and CarProof came back clean! They have been with me every step of the way and made sure everything was good before the vehicle was delivered to me. A very happy customer indeed. More
