Zaffar was amazing to work he had excellent customer service skills. I came in to view one vehicle and he was able to show me 3 different ones in my price range. He took his time didn’t rush me and I was able to test drive 2 of the 3 cars (I was only interested in the 2 after seeing the options). He was able to get me a crazy good Deal! He dropped my car off an hr drive away from the dealership. The shuttle driver ended up going home for the day but he was able to get his wife to drive behind him so he could make sure they dropped it off the same day. He dropped it off clean and with a full tank of gas! Very impressed will be back in the future if I need to buy a car. I only can recommend him as I only worked with him. More

Stay away! We took our Pathfinder in to repair the muffler. We were quoted $3,500. Worried we were being ripped off we took it to another shop and they fixed it We took our Pathfinder in to repair the muffler. We were quoted $3,500. I write this because Go Nissan either does not care or thinks no one will. I have unsubscribed from their constant email offers and relentless asks for oil changes ecetra.5 times now. 5 times!!! Each t thinks no one will. I have unsubscribed from their constant email offers and relentless asks for oil changes ecetra.5 times now. 5 times!!! Each time it says I have unsubscribed successfully. And low and behold another email. I just received another moments ago. They brag about customer service and how they care. Care for your money! That they care about. They like just about every other business out there wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped them in the face. I know….I worked there once for 3 months but after being told to never let a customer walk away, to the parts department telling all the sales staff to send customers their way so they can sell them stuff they don’t need…we’ll…that about says it all..doesn’t it. And just so you know…I no longer have my Nissan Sentra…I told finance to take it back. It is still sitting out on the street 2 months later waiting for them to come get it. They said a few days. The sales process was the same as when zi was there…get to an offer…pretend to go to your manager…have a fake discussion…go back with what they want exclaiming what a great deal it is. Please…… Please,please, take me off your email list or I will continue to give these stellar reviews. I can do this all day! More
Normally, I am not one to leave a negative review, I tend to keep that feedback to myself. This time, I feel the need to share my experience. I chose this dealer as I had a decent experience with them 9 year to keep that feedback to myself. This time, I feel the need to share my experience. I chose this dealer as I had a decent experience with them 9 years ago when I bought my last truck. I was in the market for a company vehicle and went in for a test drive, explained it would be a cash sale and that I needed a detailed bill of sale/quote for the company to issue a P.O. for the vehicle. The moment I mentioned "cash sale" and that I didn't need any warranty or extras all interest was lost in selling me a vehicle. I followed up with the sales person a number of times to have the Bill of Sale sent to me and received no response. The worst part, I had a coworker also looking for a vehicle who went into this dealership a week before I did and had the exact same experience having to continually follow up with no response. They have not only missed out on selling me a vehicle, but the coworker I mentioned above along with two others who are also looking at the moment. I won't be back here and anyone I know who is in the Market to buy a vehicle I will direct elsewhere. More
I have had enough. We took back our car that was shaking from the moment we took it home. They dodged our calls for I don’t know how long. Then to say it’s a big fix and that they have to replace the car equal or greater value. First manager tried to get us to pay half for the fix. There was error codes that weren’t looked into. After a very rude conversation with another manager, we settled on finding a replacement. Few days later the general manager calls and says they will just fix it. Okay nice. They call yesterday and say it’s fixed and ready for pickup. We said we would like to see the inspection report & ensure there are no error codes before we come. We have called countless times to see where they are at & no reply. No call back. I’d like my car back & the inspection report. This has been so so frustrating and a new level of unprofessionalism. I wrote a Review 2 months ago or so. I wrote that I would never deal with this Go Nissan North again.I tried to call Go Auto at this time and they never responded. I also wrote that this Dealership is arrogant and slimy. So I got a reply from Will Salha. Mr Salha left his phone number. I really don’t see the point in calling him. I paid a lot of money for this car. They do every thing to hid the numbers to boost the price. When I first test drove the car it had a low tire. I thought they would have fixed it immediately. They didn’t. I got stuck with that bill. I found other things, but the one thing that pisses me off the most most is the battery. The battery died when I was out in the mountains. It cost me a lot of money to have a tow truck come out and give me a boost. This Dealership filled out a Machanical Inspection Sheet on this car. I don’t believe they did an Inspection on this car or else they would have caught the battery and the flat tire and the cabin filter and the front right quarter panel. They might have even rotated the wheels. Strangely enough there is no Inspection Sheet in the final sales package. One final thing. When I talk about arrogance I’m referring to one of the Financial Service Managers. Initials AR. Mr Salha if you would like to “retrieve my satisfaction” you can start off by paying for the boost that I required out in the mountains. Then you can pay back all the over charges and other problems that came with the car. You cannot rip people off like this and expect to be treated like a good honest business. So in closing my honest opinion to car buyers out there is please stay far away from Go Nissan North. Save yourself alot of headaches. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Go Nissan North in Edmonton, Alberta with a ‘back to new’ extra cost as the car needed some minor body work. Once it was ready, I made arrangements to travel to Edmo in Edmonton, Alberta with a ‘back to new’ extra cost as the car needed some minor body work. Once it was ready, I made arrangements to travel to Edmonton as I don’t live there. A few days after returning home with the car, I noticed the paint where the body work was completed was a darker colour then the rest of the car. I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle as I wanted this fixed immediately; I’m not sure how this made it pass their quality control. Nevertheless, the salesman proceeded to tell me that “the paint on the new area would be different from the rest of the car, since it was newer paint” but he would look into it. After a few calls , texts and an email to upper management…..no response. Do not buy a car from this dealership; they’ll find ways to cut corners even though their website states they are “dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help with all your automotive needs.” Apparently this means once they have your money; they won’t abide by this statement and fix any mistakes they make.
