On January 12th 2023 I bought a used vehicle picked it up and drove back home. On January 13th 2023 within less than 24 hours my dash was like a Christmas lights. Check engine, traction control, 4wd all on. I've contacted the sales man who was helping me to buy it and he offered me to scan it for free He wants me to drive two hours to scan it and then change me to fix it !! It's obviously your mechanical cleared all the error before I picked it up. This is not something you will think it's going to happen when you buy from a dealership. Now i am stuck with a vehicle that need to be fixed. All those stuff happened within 24 hours. I wish if i can give you a 0 star. More

This place is the WORST they ripped my wife off badly. We paid for back 2 new and after multiple issues- drivetrain - washer fluid hoses laying on top of engine not connected and broken - oil leak - Bluet We paid for back 2 new and after multiple issues- drivetrain - washer fluid hoses laying on top of engine not connected and broken - oil leak - Bluetooth won’t work - rear defrost won’t work- won’t start when below minus 10 - ball joint bad - navigation now won’t work. I spoke with DAVE and he tells me they sold my wife a car as is. But we paid 1499.00 for back 2 new. Then the scammer wanted to tell me he would help us out and do us a FAVOUR with the hoses being disconnected and broken and they have a record of what’s all broken in the car!!!! They sold my wife a broken car and we paid for back 2 new and they tell us they sold it to us as is. Who goes to a dealer to buy a broken car? I could do this on KIJIJI! This is the WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not trust these ppl. They screwed us and think it’s okay. How can any of you sleep at night you have major issues with being honest. False Advertising! Tried to buy a used car for advertised price plus GST, but the sales manager refused to sell for that price for cash. Seems like a common practice for this dealer despite the ad’s saying that all fee’s except GST are included in the price.. I hope others with this experience will report to the federal and provincial bodies to complain, so they can be held accountable and be fined for such immoral and illegal conduct. More

Buy private if you can and don't support these legal criminal organizations known as car dealerships. I offered asking price plus GST on a vehicle and they were going to take $1000 off for financing th criminal organizations known as car dealerships. Later, sales manager scammer Vincent Yu called to firm up and told me an all in price $1,500 HIGHER than originally stated. Negotiations should be going the other way given we didn't even negotiate a $1 off the price, but Vincent told me they don't have Fees but charge for AMVIC and etching, hence the difference. He tried to pull a fast one and was caught and called out. He didn't even deny it or defend it, just deflected and told me thats the number they need to make the deal happen. Ruthless sales tactics, slimey personality and extremely poor business acumen. I walked away out of principle and would never work with clowns like this, makes me sick to my stomach and I don't know how these guys can sleep at night. Shame shame shame on you Vincent. More
