Not very happy with the service. There was no car wash or vacuum done and I was told I would get a free detail instead but never received it. When I seen I was overcharged and contacted them. They told me they would refund and it would show on my statement in few days. I contacted them numerous times and they ignored my emails then weeks later I received a response and they processed my refund. Overall would not go again or refer unless it was absolutely necessary. The saga continues with the lack of transparency with this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle in April there were multiple errors, and deceptions by the finance department, followed by complete disr this dealership. They threw $500 and a hockey jersey at me instead of taking responsibility and truly apologizing for their multitude of mistakes. Fast forward to Saturday when I had my oil change completed, I asked them to show me where my block heater cord was. The service person said that my vehicle did not have one. I had purchased/paid for it at time of purchase. I was never told they were on back order, and I was never told it was not installed in my vehicle. The dealership has not once reached out to me about this, to schedule an install or update me. Had I known I would have called and asked for updates. This dealership has been horrendous to deal with since the moment I walked in to sell my vehicle and purchase a new one. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, or from go auto ever again. More

Zaffar was amazing to work he had excellent customer service skills. I came in to view one vehicle and he was able to show me 3 different ones in my price range. He dropped my car off an hr drive away from the dealership. The shuttle driver ended up going home for the day but he was able to get his wife to drive behind him so he could make sure they dropped it off the same day. He dropped it off clean and with a full tank of gas! Very impressed will be back in the future if I need to buy a car. I only can recommend him as I only worked with him. More

Stay away! We took our Pathfinder in to repair the muffler. We were quoted $3,500.
