This is a very dishonest dealership which in itself isn’t surprising considering the overall stereotype associated with your average dealerships. There was no full breakdown of costs (interest, etc) provided, surprising considering the overall stereotype associated with your average dealerships. There was no full breakdown of costs (interest, etc) provided, they just offered 3k in extra fees on top of the listed price. Crazy how an inspection at the dealership was being quoted at $600.They also included a fee for $1200 in case you ever lost your key fob. The pressure to sign a piece of paper with a number and no official cost breakdown was hilarious and I tried so hard not to laugh. The desperation from the sales man and sales manager was a complete turn off and I decided it was time to go. Don’t go here this dealership is shady as xxxx and I could see red flags from the second I started the negotiation process. Thank God I followed my gut. More
Visited the dealership on Apr 30th, the dealer had 2023 CX-5 Sport that I wanted on the lot, still in factory plastic. The price listed on the dealer's website was at MSRP, when the time came to buy, I was CX-5 Sport that I wanted on the lot, still in factory plastic. The price listed on the dealer's website was at MSRP, when the time came to buy, I was offered to pay for "mandatory options" $7000. Here is the breakdown of the "mandatory options": $2000 for block heater, all weather mats, splash guards and wheel locks; $2500 for 3M film; $2500 for rust proofing. I know for the fact that 2023 CX-5 whole under-body is covered with plastic for noise elimination and elements protection, my question to the dealer what are they going to rust proof for $2500? Plastic??? I walked. More
Can I give less than 1*? Car advertised for $11820. Went in to purchase but was told purchase price was $14711. When we showed them the ad online they took 20 minutes to Car advertised for $11820. Went in to purchase but was told purchase price was $14711. When we showed them the ad online they took 20 minutes to themselves and came back with: Price $11820 Full tank of gas$80, window etching$nominal, keyless xx(?) and cleaning the vehicle $1780. Interest rate to finance 11% So 20% more for the car and near double the interest rate. The slime all mgr finally met face to face and unapologetically told me this is normal. What makes me the most sad is that there are people this dishonest in the world. Kevin was a super nice guy and he deserves better than working for that slithering waste. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! More
Went to buy a Mazda 3 GS and the sales person refused to sell it to me if I don't buy their add on packages worth 7000. Whatever you decide to do, DO NOT BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLANS!! Its a complete rip off! I paid about $3k extra for the protection plan only to be told "You're late for your inspection, therefore your plan PLANS!! Its a complete rip off! I paid about $3k extra for the protection plan only to be told "You're late for your inspection, therefore your plan is void". While I take responsibility for not remembering my last inspection date, I brought the vehicle in for servicing on the due dates (or month) in this case and no one would mention to me that my protection inspection is due for review! Its like they were hoping that customers don't remember to ask, so that they'll take your money without having to do anything. Its a SCAM!! More

I should’ve consider all the negative feedback about this dealership… Unless you don’t mind being disappointed and “FRUSTRATED” with your buying experience, then Come to this dealership. They will sell you a dealership… Unless you don’t mind being disappointed and “FRUSTRATED” with your buying experience, then Come to this dealership. They will sell you a car with full of surprise after signing the bill of sale and putting a deposit, advertised as no extra or hidden fees. marketing startegy that doesn’t apply in a real world and By the way I drove the vehicle I purchased with its keys not fully programmed, and asked to deal with it when I get back to Calgary and pay $150, perhaps other dealership will be able to figure it out what is happening with your proximity keys or come back here and we will try to figure it out. A CAR THAT DOESN’t have a 100% functional proximity key, It was a big JOKE……….., I drove 6 hours to this dealership and purchased this nice vehicle with added DISAPPOINTMENTS and FRUSTRATIONS… I would give negative five stars (-5) if I could. Thanks Go Mazda, I suggest to reconsider how you guys do business… I am surprise people still consider this delership. GoAuto hopefully takes this seriously. Such a big company with NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION… More
I just bought a used car. I am happy with the car but the process was terrible. The advertisement said that "they don't charge silly fees" and all that would be added to the list price would be GST. They sho process was terrible. The advertisement said that "they don't charge silly fees" and all that would be added to the list price would be GST. They showed me the sale form and surprise, a $699 fee was added for detailing (you can't sell it without detailing anyway), anti-theft insurance and a bunch of other stuff like full tank of gas. I was rady to walk out right there but I was there with my sone to buy the car and he really wanted it. I showed them the ad and told them they could not charge it according to false advertising. Then I started negotiating over the price. After some back and forth, and the manager being called, I found out that both guys did not even have the authorization to negotiate a lower price (it was after hours and the right guy was on vacation) so I asked them why we wasted so much time talking when they could not even approve a lower price. The ad also showed several features installed on the car that were actually not installed (like heated rear seats). False advertising again. The car was a Dodge Charger (a trade-in) at a Mazda dealer with 12 days to go till its the new year (one year older). In the end I bought the car for list price (without the fee since I plainly refused to pay it) but all what the fee promised was included so in their mind I got $699 off, I guess. I have to admit, the list price was a decent deal even with the missing features but it took way more useless time than needed. Always, watch for added fees eventhough they say they won't. More
