Every time my car comes from service, either from a simply oil change or from scheduled maintenance, my car run like new. I recommend them to any Subaru owners - too bad they only service Subaru cars. My second car is a Mini Cooper and I would love to take it for regular maintenance here - an not only for a better price, but because they care. More
Car in OK car out but brakes less well adjusted. I was told the service would look at my car transmission, brakes, etc and the price would be less than $800 and the time would be less than 4 hours. T I was told the service would look at my car transmission, brakes, etc and the price would be less than $800 and the time would be less than 4 hours. The actual price was close to $1000 and the car was not available until after 5 hours despite the fact that I delivered the car before (~9.15 am) the arranged time of 9:30. The car was ready at 2:15pm. The service found the car to be OK and I note no change except for the spongy brakes. When I bought the car I was told a final drive away price but then a variety of charges were added on by the administrator. Thus in both cases you were not clear about outcomes. More

I returned with a suggestion that she go look and test drive a few vehicles and tell me which she likes best. I was not surprised at all when she returned with, "I like the Subaru Forester!" as I had read good reviews about Subaru. Mark and Troy at Langley's Wolfe Subaru were very gracious sales agents and were helpful with all our questions and requests. The actual sales price was within my expectations after I had done research into dealer prices and trade-in values. I saw no need to haggle for a lower price. And Corina, the financial lady, was very helpful in explaining how payments would be made and in offering and explaining the benefits of 2 protection plans whereby one deals with undercoating, paint protection, rust protection and interior protection, while the other deals with extending the Subaru warranty. These three people made our buying experience very pleasant. More

Sales department was a terrible experience The sales experience was so terrible that I wouldn't try the service department. The time waiting to pick up my car despite an appointment made days The sales experience was so terrible that I wouldn't try the service department. The time waiting to pick up my car despite an appointment made days in advance was totally disrespectful. The "deal" I had made with the salesman was not honoured when I went to do the final paper work. More

It turned out it was more than a review, in fact it was a clinic over a couple of hours complete with refreshments and a gift bag. The clinic was very helpful and although a couple of our issues were not resolved we will have the opportunity of visiting their service center for further assistance. Thank you Mark and staff. More
Service overages, extremely slow service In what world do you need a full break dismantle, air filter and cabin air filter after 20K from a brand new car. The bill with an oil change $508. Th In what world do you need a full break dismantle, air filter and cabin air filter after 20K from a brand new car. The bill with an oil change $508. This is the cost for every second service. Very unnecessary and labour alone is $300. It is an absolute scam. Go to Mr Lube the same service costs half the price and is warranty approved. Won't be back other than for warranty work. More

This left me rolling negative equity into the deal. Pricing was reasonable for a high demand car. However when subsequently trading the vehicle to another dealer, the GM charged a ridiculous $1000 gouge for lease transfer (to another dealer!) which ate up the equity generated through careful maintenance.
