Great service Had less than 1000 km on a new outback and discovered a rattle in the back exhaust area. Called Service and was no problem to bring in ASAP to take a Had less than 1000 km on a new outback and discovered a rattle in the back exhaust area. Called Service and was no problem to bring in ASAP to take a look at problem. Got there a they said it would take about 2 hours but was only 90 mins! We had gone for breakfast and hadn’t even finished it before the car was ready. They even had it washed and vacuumed. Nice touch More
Oil change 150,000 km on the odometer and time for an oil change. Took longer than I expected but they found a nail in my tire and repaired that as well. Sales manager nearly scuttled the sale Neil Greer was a good listener to what I was looking for. Low pressure to make a sale, more interested in finding me what I was looking for. Straight talking, he would address my questions directly- didn’t beat about the bush and no b.s. The only downside in the process of buying my Subaru from Wolfe Langley was the sales manager Jay who offered an insulting price for my reliable trade in. I was ready to purchase from another Subaru dealer except for the respectful manner in which Neil had treated me throughout the process. I eventually sold my vehicle privately for 4.5 times what Jay originally offered. Employees like Neil, Corine and Claudia made the overwhelming experience of buying a car a positive experience for me. More

Knowledgeable and friendly service Experienced a battery failure while travelling on BC Ferries. A quick jump start from the ferry staff was needed to get me on my way. Called Jeff S, Manager of the Service Dept, who quickly fit me in and had a diagnostic run performed to see where the problem lay. The quick story is a new battery was needed, was installed and on my way feeling confident I would not have further issues like this in the near future again. Very friendly and helpful service! More
Just o.k. I found it unorganized and the feeling of it being thrown together. It was very obvious some staff didn't want to be there. I didn't receive clear answers or instruction on some of the functions of my car. I'm still trying to figure out how to use some things. The food and presentation was poor. I guess I expected too much from Subaru, I only spent $50,000 on a vehicle. Good to know for next time. More
