Disappointed. Not the experience I had hoped for. I approached the salesman, knowing exactly which vehicle I was going to purchase, after months of research. I also knew they had the vehicle I wanted I approached the salesman, knowing exactly which vehicle I was going to purchase, after months of research. I also knew they had the vehicle I wanted for sale at the dealership. I contacted the salesman, as a friend had recently bought a vehicle through him and had been happy with his service. He had a very easy sale drop right into his lap. Realizing that I was not going to get a screaming deal on a new vehicle, I was prepared to pay almost the asking price. I felt insulted when I was told they would give me a deal on undercoating and protection. The administration dept sent me a quote that was way higher than the going price for the protection package, the admin lady then feigned ignorance when I told her the salesman said it was going to be $900 less! Do they not realize that anyone buying a new vehicle will research prices online? I was then further insulted when I was told that if I gave the salesman a good rating, the parts dept would give me a deal on the accessories I wanted to purchase. The parts person then quoted me a price that was higher than if I had ordered the parts online at Subaru Canada! When I questioned him, he dropped the “special rate”, giving me a whopping $12 deal! Once again, did he not realize I had would have looked online to see how much I would pay for the accessories? On my way home, 5 hours away, I realized the salesman had not shown me the winter package that was meant to have been installed. When I contacted him, he realized that the service dept had forgotten to install it! The service manager did phone and apologise and organise for it to be installed at another dealership, at Wolfes cost. (Installation costs had been part of the purchase agreement) However, this took over 5 hours of my time and was at my expense, driving 30 minutes to and from the dealership.twice., as it took longer than they had expected. I am further disappointed in that I have had no follow-up phone call from Wolfe service department or the salesman to check if the winter package was installed and of course, no offer to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. More

Went to Wolfe Subaru with no appointment and told them my car problem and they were able to squeeze me in their tigh Had a battery light that came on. Bought my car From Richmond Subaru instead of going to a “class act” Subarudealer like Wolfe. Was having problems with push button start. After several calls to Richmond (service dept. was always busy” they didn’t even return my calls. Finally called Wolf Subaru and spoke to service manager Jeff Saieva. He told me to come in and see him. Spent a hour checking my car and washing car in and out. Good bye to worst dealer in BC hello to best dealer in B C Wolfe Subaru. More

Easy experience I used to be a bit tentative with dealership service centers in the past, but Wolfe Subaru really makes sure to put the client first.
