I then received a personal text from Tristan about a month later, saying that a 'hyperblue' Crosstrek had just come in - low mileage pristine condition. I was then introduced to Connor who showed me around the Subie and made the entire car-buying experience a pleasure. He was so genuine and lovely to deal with - he even 'saved' a favorite CD from my trade-in car. All around the service was great, from test drive to final pick-up and paperwork. Very efficient. If the dealership was closer to where I live (downtown Vancouver), I would bring the car in for regular service. More

No pressure and we were offered the best pricing from start. The General Sales Manager Jay Shea’s was great to deal with. Tristan was very helpful in helping us with all the product questions. We live a distance away from the dealer but will drive to the same dealer for service. More

F This is my second new vehicle purchase from Wolfe Auto. The reason we came back toWolfe was the pleasant and professional treatment we had received. From my initial e-mail inquiring about a specific Forester I was looking for Tristan Quiring called me back promptly and provided the information I needed to begin the process of purchasing my new Subaru. Wolfe had a great selection to chose from. Tristan and Jay Shead made the purchase a great experience from start to finish, a great deal and everything delivered as promised and on time. More

I took it to the local dealership and after approx. $700 US had some sensors replaced. Last week the same thing occurred, but it was decided to drive back to BC and get it checked here. Well the lights stopped flashing when we crossed the border, giving us a sigh of relief. Our relief did not last long and the warning lights came back on when we got home. I called Wolfe Subaru service dept. and was told I'd have to come in for a diagnostic scan for $145. Instead, I asked Mr. Google what to do. Mr. Google informed me that this is a perpetual problem with several Subaru models and that the solution might just be a reset by disconnecting the battery, wait, and then reconnect. So, now I'm wondering, did I get ripped off by the dealership in Montana? If this is a perpetual problem, why is it not addressed with a recall? Why did the service department at Wolfe not advise me of a simple fix? So far this has been a very costly car to maintain. I will probably never buy another Subaru. More

For this service, $64,000 kms, I was told I needed a Class C done. There was nothing replaced, only liquids topped up. I was told that possibly my brake pads would need replacing next time. The bill was $990.00.... I was shocked! Four hours of a look over cost me $580.00 in labor. I check my own windshield wipers & fluid, I just had my snows taken off and summers put on so I didn't need my tires rotated and I always check my lights....there are things listed on this service that did not need to be done. Perhaps, you could have a check list and ask the customer what they actually need done instead of grouping under an A, B, C or D service. When I complained about the price I was told that the D service was even more expensive. As a single, one income person I can not afford a bill like this - I will have to shop around in future. I like you guys but all I can say is WOW! Even the people I work with couldn't believe it.... More
