Emma Iee , phoned to inform me of a re call, for my 2017 Forester. She was very pleasant and informative as she advised me to have it fixed. I agreed and she booked an appointment. I also had a problem with a front sensor that would start beeping as I was driving. I asked for that to be fixed. The appointment day, I talked to the person behind the counter. The name on the invoice was, Darin. I asked him about the sensor, and he walked out to the Forrester, so I could show him the problem. The sensor is an aftermarket product, and Subaru does not work on after market parts. Darin phoned up a company that does work on aftermarket parts, and set up a appointment, the next day. Now that is service. To top it off, I received a free car wash. More

It was my second time for maintenance in Wolfe Subaru. All the employees there are nice, especially the staff in service department. I had a lot of questions before I did maintenance. He was very patient and listened all my concerns carefully, then answered my questions clearly to let me make a decision. The service was well done as well. I took the advice of Nathan and did the fuel injector service which made me feel my car was very smooth as driving. Also the staff Troy in the sales department gave me more info about trade-in which I appreciated very much. I will recommend Wolfe Subaru as a good and responsible dealership. More
