I just bought my new 2012 Sportage from this dealership I am very happy with the sale people and Manager but I am not happy with the servive deparment lack of customer service and rude comments and just unp am very happy with the sale people and Manager but I am not happy with the servive deparment lack of customer service and rude comments and just unprofessional. Walked into dealership, was pounced upon. Extreme high pressure sales, will not go back. Requested a confirmation on a price based on a internet quotation that I got from Kia. I felt like I should not h pressure sales, will not go back. Requested a confirmation on a price based on a internet quotation that I got from Kia. I felt like I should not have asked, and it turned out that they charged more, 500 to do the paperwork of selling a car. More
