They said everything is working fine in the car on the report. but the second day of buying i figured out that the a/c is not working. so I immediately told them the fault and they agreed that they will fix it for free. they did all the diagnostics by two days and gave the receipt of 500 cad. the fault is the compressor pipe is broken and so there is leakage and a/c is not blowing cold air. so they told me that they will do it for free first. then continuously ignoring my calls and playing with me after two weeks they are saying they wont do it for free. The sales person is David Mercier, He told us if anything happened within next 30 days, Either I can return my car or they will fix problem. I don't recommend to buy a car from go KIA south . These people are not trustworthy and running xxxx in name of dealership. I spoke to manager RAJ, and he told me that they selling car as is. He told me that is He is CEO of GO KIA dealership and that is his final decision. He talking to me very rudely. This post will go to my friends, community people, on twitter, and Facebook. RAJ told me that he can return my car, only If I will buy new car. He don't deserve there as A MANAGER. Definitely I will go to consumer dispute. More

Tried to purchase the Kia Telluride SX Limited, that they have advertised on multiple websites. After going back and forth for a day and a half with offers and options, we were told we couldn't buy it. A fol have advertised on multiple websites. A follow up with management, informed me that they needed that vehicle on their lot so they could sell more new ones. It was essentially being used as a decoy. I don't appreciate being played like this and feel if it's not for sale they should state that in the advertisement. Cheap trick. More

I was comfortable and not hesitant to ask any questions I had. He was also very patient and helped me to get into a vehicle that I could afford. He didn't try to push anything and it was a non pressure customer service driven positive experience . I highly recommend going to him first. Even you have to wait to see him trust me he is by far the best car guy I've met. I had reached out in a frantic state as our car had just stopped working and I require it for work. She communicated with me immediately over facebook and email, and provided us with a level of service I did not know was possible when buying a car. We had never used Go Auto before- Rhianne answered all of our questions (pretty much at ANY time of the day) and although the first car suggestion she sent us (that she knew was what we wanted) was what we ended up buying, she sent us many, MANY options at our request while we considered all our options, and was so knowledgeable and understanding (and patient!). Rhianne truly made us feel like part of the family every time we went into the dealership and the entire team was truly incredible! I even phoned the dealership back the next day with questions, and while Rhianne was not in- I spoke to some pretty incredible team members who assured me I had ongoing support. I didn't know it was possible to have support that doesn't stop once you walk out the door. I would absolutely encourage anyone who is even thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to talk to Rhianne and her team at Go Kia South. The whole process was non intimidating, non pressuring (from ownership to finance to sales), and I am truly so grateful for their kindness and understanding throughout what could have been a very stressful process for us. On the second day of taking my vehicle home the engine light and also the airbag light starting showing...I called the dealership and texted the sales consultant I dealt with and no one got back to me.(Kingsley)...Another thing I noticed was one of the tires was missing a lug but...this was a huge safety concern for me...but Kingsley never replied.At the beginning of my purchase they told my I was going to be getting a referral cheque for bring them business...but that was also a lie...In conclusion I would not recommend anyone buy from these guys..terrible experience. If you have anything other than easy known fixes, this is not the dealer to go to since they will not put in any effort to actually run a proper diagnostics to actually get to the bottom of the problem, at least now when under warranty. This might be a different story when performing repairs outside of warranty since they can charge all their diagnostic hours to the customer. I can make this statement because I have an issue with my vehicle that many other dealerships in Canada and the USA are working hard to fix under warranty for other customers, but Go Kia is one of the dealers that just calls the issue "normal" when they are well aware of the problem and have acknowledged that it exists. I don't know why other dealers will work so hard and go the extra mile for their customers to fix issues like these, but Go Kia South will not. If I had any form of resolution, I would be writing a five star review right now, it just really sucks buying a poor quality new car with a 5 year warranty, and you can't get problems fixed, making the warranty feel rather useless. I wouldn't be paying monthly for a used car, just saying. More

They don't have email addresses to contact them and they don't call back. I went against my instincts, was going to walk out after the first hour negotiating the deal but made a huge mistake trusting these guys. More

Here is their exact text: (Hi Adolf, sorry for getting back to you late, we were really busy today. I spoke to a technician and he said there's not a way to turn on or off the sensors so we'll need it for further diagnosis. When works for you? I can book you in in the morning when I get back : We are looking into next week.) I have now been able to get it fixed by a different dealership that took me in right away and addressed the problems without issues. We have had previous issues with Kia Dealerships in the past. My wife was dead against buying another Kia due to the shady dealings and terrible service we had been subject too in the past. I assured her that it was different and things would be all fine. Well do I have egg on my face! Big Time!!! First lets go to the process for buying this vehicle. When we were quoted the price for our new Kia the trade in value of my trade was stated and the buy out from the bank was 26650.00. When the deal was completed the buy out they paid to ford was only 26200.00. The 450.00 dollars difference was never passed on to us. Secondly, remember to check everything, every option, every detail because you will be caught with your pants down. Vehicle states it has a towing package, told the sales person we want the V6 because we will be towing a small trailer. Guess what picked up the vehicle and no hitch but i could get one install for 700.00. The other trick is too leave the rails for the rook rack in the vehicle when you test drive it, makes it look like they come with the vehicle, guess what they dont. They dont tell you that this vehicle we bought has delay issues with the 8 speed transmission. However you have to find out on the internet by yourself. The windshield wipers were terrible however no matter what, we had to pay to get them changed. Went in for the first service found out that my goldcard with goauto is not transferable, sales people and finance knew we had that gold card never mentioned it at all, also never offered us a new one for the new vehicle. However, payments have continued to be withdrawn from our account for a vehicle they own now, my trade in. Also, now that I was not informed about the goldcard the windshields are not covered and they wanted 400.00 for a new windshield that just cracked from one side to the other. Less than 4000KM. On top of that I picked up my vehicle from the service department which was also in for sensor problems and when I left the dealership after they sending me a video that all was ok with the sensors. Guess what not a single one of them were working. Nil and none. Well I have been listening to "I TOLD YOU SO" another lesson learned. More
