Eric Alsop was the salesperson who initially dealt with us. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He pulled the vehicle around to the front doors for us to examine. The 2007 Saturn ION looked even better in person than it did on autotrader.ca. What a fantastic job the detailers did on the car. It looked brand new - made a great first impression. Eric accompanied us on our test drive and pointed out the many features of the vehicle as well as the benefits of purchasing from Pointe West Honda. We got the feeling that Pointe West takes care of their customers - not just while purchasing a vehicle - but also for years to come. Throughout the entire purchasing process the staff assisted us in a professional, curteous, and timely manner. When we picked up our daughter's new vehicle, Kameel Koya attached the license plates for us and answered any final questions that we had. We took her to Point West Honda as my son's high school friend Tyson Turton worked there. We called ahead and said we would like to take out a CRV for a test drive. When we arrived, Tyson had a new 2012 already for us. Even though there was some coffee spilled on Tyson, twice,(not in the car but we are still trying to figure out how that happened), he smiled and carried himself very professionally. He was wearing a very nice suit and didn't blink an eye. He then continued on and took my mother in law on a very detailed test drive. He spoke with her extremely respectfully and took the time to answer all her questions.I was so impressed at that! I was sitting in the backseat of the CRV and couldn't believe how nice of a ride it was and how Honda had corrected even the smallest of vehicle issues that I have complained about in my 2010 Ford Escape. My mother in law decided not to buy a vehicle yet but I couldn't get this vehicle off my mind. I called Tyson about a month later stating I would like to test drive the CRV and would like to see a white one if he had one on the lot. I explained I still had 2 years to pay off the Escape. When we arrived for another test drive, Tyson had a brand new white CRV, not even the plastic wrap was off it yet.It just came in to the lot that afternoon. We took a different one for a test drive and I was sold, I didn't have any blindspots and it was a total pleasure to drive. Tyson had presented us with a way to payoff the Escape and put me in to the new beautiful vehicle. We signed the offer to purchase that night with Pankaj Seth(Seth), the sales manager. Seth had everything ready for us when we picked up the vehicle including the registration. He was extremely professional and knowledgable as well. We took some of the protection packages Seth offered and we were suprised to find out these packages are for the life of the vehicle. You get them checked every 2nd year and they reapply where needed. Tyson is a young man who puts other salesmen to shame. His knowledge of the vehicle and his customer service was second to none. We have bought several new and used vehicles so this was not a new experience for us, just an extremely good one. I would recommend to anyone to check out Point West Honda and contact Tyson Turton for a test drive. By the way, I have heard some complaints about the price of the Hondas. My only comment is, 'You get what you pay for' After having My Honda for a month, I am still amazed at what an excellent vehicle it is. More

I was very pleased with my dealer and his ability to work with me and get me the loan I wanted. I had tried at 3 previous dealerships, one of which to this day has not responded to me. I definitely receive with me and get me the loan I wanted. I had tried at 3 previous dealerships, one of which to this day has not responded to me. I definitely received better service at Pointe West then all the others put together. My dealer kept me informed on what was going on throughout the entire process as there was a bit of snag at one point, but he was able to work around it and satisfy me in the end. I believe this is what customer service is all about, and I am definitely not complaining. I have already recommended this dealership to a couple people who I know may be looking for a vehicle in the near future and will continue to do the same if I hear of anyone else. More

Although I had been casually looking for a new vehicle for my self, it was a spontaneous decision to stop in at Pointe West Honda. I walked into the showroom and found a couple of vehicles that would suit my needs. A salesman, whose name is Ashton Lewis, came just at the right time to answer my questions. He asked if I wanted to go for a test drive with the car I was most interested in, and within two days I purchased this very same car. I found Ashton to have a low pressure sales technique which I very much appreciated. Even after a few weeks had passed, he was still available to assist me with the navigation system and other questions that I had. I was in the market for a new car and was looking to get a Elentra, I was told that I should check out Pointe West Honda and see what they had to offer. He was very friendly and not pushy, he asked me what I was looking for: answering all my questions and concerns. I told him that I wasn't really looking for a Honda and that I had something lined up. So we talked about the Civic, not only did he a give me a better car but a way better price. The choice was VERY simple after that! I bought my Civic the same day! I was so happy with my purchase that I have recommended Pointe West + Stan to my girlfriend who just last week bought a Pilot. I would rank my service and experience 100/100 More
