Eric and Kameel got back to me promptly via e-mail as I had requested due to working night shift. I let them know I required a reliable vehicle to transport my Son and myself to and from the Fort McMurray area, during inclimate weather. They came up with a 2010 Jeep Liberty that fits the bill perfectly, and was within my budget. They got me pre-approved financing, while I was working and we did most of the finalizing via e-mail and phone. Basically I just had to go to the dealership to sign on the dotted line. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle, and just got an e-mail from Kameel and Eric that they found a second key for the vehicle for me. Staff are great, just hope I didn't spend almost the whole day in the dealer when I was buying a car. If they could do things a little bit more faster, it would be really great.
