Staff are great, just hope I didn't spend almost the whole day in the dealer when I was buying a car. If they could do things a little bit more faster, it would be really great. The 2007 Saturn ION looked even better in person than it did on autotrader.ca. What a fantastic job the detailers did on the car. It looked brand new - made a great first impression. Eric accompanied us on our test drive and pointed out the many features of the vehicle as well as the benefits of purchasing from Pointe West Honda. We got the feeling that Pointe West takes care of their customers - not just while purchasing a vehicle - but also for years to come.
