Disappointed..not happy...not excellent service...frustrate. I bought a new vehicle 2018 Honda Odyssey brand new this February 1,2018 black color...After i get my new car i drive like 30 minutes going to work an I bought a new vehicle 2018 Honda Odyssey brand new this February 1,2018 black color...After i get my new car i drive like 30 minutes going to work and when im going home,the remote starter not working even the push button engine not,need to boast maybe the battery was drain but didn’t work out...I need to call taxi to go home leave the car at my workplace it give $35 for taxi..Then morning go back to my workplace and call taxi paid cash for $40 and call road assistance to towed my brand new car go back to dealership.The fix the problems the change the battery and the worst scenario the said 100 percent in good condition i try again..the bring the brand new car to my workplace and afterwards while working on my jobs after 3 hours I checked the remote starter not working..So sad and frustated for this honda car...I was upset i dont know how the pass for car inspection?or maybe its an the parts of the car was old...Somebody’ recommend to me that honda is a number 1 car dealerships in canada...Imagine how you feel for 2 days you are dealing the brand new car issued...Malfunction i think this is not right..I personally not recommend you to buy a brand new honda 2018 Odyssey...please be aware... Discrepancy between quoted payments- Sneaky! The Sales Manager, Mark, quoted us two different payments. The all in cost of the vehicle was negotiated at 38 994. 67 and then gave us a monthly paym The Sales Manager, Mark, quoted us two different payments. The all in cost of the vehicle was negotiated at 38 994. 67 and then gave us a monthly payment of $830.68 over a 3 year period at 1.99% interest. We agreed to put down $10 000. The total ALL IN CASH PRICE (including GST & Interest) came to $28 994.68. On the "Purchaser Agreement" form the total monthly payments ($830) when multiplied by three years totalled $29 904.48 ($909.80 over the negotiated price). Moreover, when the bill of sale was drafted up the monthly payment was "accidentally" set to $832 and the "total balance due" was conveniently left blank because the Sales Manager's computer "had a glitch". We asked our sales rep to go back and have him change the monthly payment so it reflected the negotiated all in cash total negotiated and to have the sales manager write the all in cash total agreed upon on the Purchaser agreement document. The Sales Manager, Mark, changed the monthly payment to $831 and initialed beside the change. He also hand wrote the all in cash price ($38, 993. 68) in the "total balance due" on the form. This was all done and we trusted the monthly total was equivalent to the all in cash price (including tax & interest). When my husband and I went over the numbers at home on our own we found that we should be charged $821.44/ month to match the all in negotiated cash price of $38, 993. 68 minus the $10 000 down payment. The sales manager was VERY deceptive in trying to manipulate numbers. CHECK your monthly payments against the agreed upon all in cash price before purchasing or putting down a deposit!!! More

Excellent Service I traded up my 2015 Honda CRV in 2017. When I received it, there was a few issues that needed to be dealt with, such as minor scratches, which I was n I traded up my 2015 Honda CRV in 2017. When I received it, there was a few issues that needed to be dealt with, such as minor scratches, which I was not happy about. I would expect that when you receive a new vehicle, it would be in perfect condition, and not require repairs immediately after purchase. I am a very particular person and a "stickler" for fine detail. I dealt with Anup and Jonathan Armstrong. They were supportive, kind, and swiftly had my vehicle in to repair the minor scratches. They accommodated me with a new vehicle to drive. Anup was an excellent salesman, and thoroughly prepared me for my meeting with the Finance Department. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Anup. More
