Excellent Service I traded up my 2015 Honda CRV in 2017. When I received it, there was a few issues that needed to be dealt with, such as minor scratches, which I was n I traded up my 2015 Honda CRV in 2017. When I received it, there was a few issues that needed to be dealt with, such as minor scratches, which I was not happy about. I would expect that when you receive a new vehicle, it would be in perfect condition, and not require repairs immediately after purchase. I am a very particular person and a "stickler" for fine detail. I dealt with Anup and Jonathan Armstrong. They were supportive, kind, and swiftly had my vehicle in to repair the minor scratches. They accommodated me with a new vehicle to drive. Anup was an excellent salesman, and thoroughly prepared me for my meeting with the Finance Department. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Anup. More

Poor customer service, long waits & felt rushed to sign First time walking into dealership, the sales person that I had been in contact do not show up. So, we had to deal with another sales person who did n First time walking into dealership, the sales person that I had been in contact do not show up. So, we had to deal with another sales person who did not know about the deal that were agreed upon. So, it had to go to multi management level to get approval. So wasted 2.5 hours of my time, then another hour wait to see warranty and finance officer which end up no show and told to go home with a piece of paper. Part of the deal is a lump sum of money in a card for paying service and part. They promised the money will be in the card in 2 days and now it is already over 3 weeks, money still not there. So, I have to call them every day now to make sure the money is there. Luckily we got them to sign and initial the gift card so there no way they can get away with this. Make sure everything is in writing and get them to sign and initial it. Last but not least, a brand new car has to go in service the next day because of missing features. Both the manufacturer and the technician dropped the ball on this. I have the printed manual for the features showing locations and photos but no where to be located in the car. I were told that the manual is wrong and it is not a supposed to be there. How can be a manufacturer manual could be wrong?or they try to get away from not installing this feature into the car! I have a tow package, area of the rear bumper were cut out and it was a messy jobs also they forgot to reconnect a wire for one of the features. So brand new car, bumper off, and reassembled in the next day, hopefully nothing else I is missed. No compensation or anything were offered for this issues and inconvenience. For around $57000.00 deals service is pretty bad. So, I do not recommend this dealership. More

Civic Ex trade in lease Curtis Poirer called and left a message about a deal for 2014 Civic's trade in deals. We had a 2014 so we went in to talk to him. We were in the 3rd y Curtis Poirer called and left a message about a deal for 2014 Civic's trade in deals. We had a 2014 so we went in to talk to him. We were in the 3rd year of our 4 year lease. After all was said and done we walked out with a 2017 Civic Ex with upgraded features for $20 less per month than if we kept our 2014. The customer service was great by Curtis going over all the new features and questions and keeping in touch. The new car is awesome. The only blip was that our first payment was taken out a month earlier by Honda finance. They cannot just refund us the payment but have to make out a check to us. We don't know yet how or when we are getting that check. I'm sure we'll get it soon but did not plan on that extra payment. More
