BEWARE Go AutoGuard & Platinum Shield RIPOFF I love my 2017 CR-V but got suckered into buying the Go AutoGuard and Platinum Shield Protection. If the Finance person you deal with tries to upsale I love my 2017 CR-V but got suckered into buying the Go AutoGuard and Platinum Shield Protection. If the Finance person you deal with tries to upsale you on these two items, BEWARE. He told me that every two years the interior leather would be retreated to keep it supple, that the platinum shield paint protection would be reapplied, and that minor paint chips and dents would be repaired. Today, at my service appointment two years after buying from GO Auto I was told that the leather does NOT get retreated, paint protection is NOT reapplied and paint chips NOT repaired. I was told they repair small dents. (I have none.) Instead they do an inspection. This is what their literature says but is definitely not what the Finance Dept told me two years ago. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a pile of money. Buy some Armour All for the leather and a tube of touchup paint. You will have to do all the work yourself anyway. More
Service department I got excellent service from the salesperson when I was buying new Civic 2019. However within 2 months I had to go twice to the service department for the same problem "Emission System problem". The service department took my car for couple of days and returned it to me saying everything is good. A week later same issue came up and I had to drop the car again. The service department than told me Honda has software update issue with the new Civic 2019 so ignore the message if it comes again until Honda provides them update. Incompetent reason and today the third time the sign comes up. I am so upset with the new car under warranty every week or two weeks this sign comes up and no one knows how to fix it. More

BE CAREFUL ABOUT GO HONDA AND ITS FINANCE DEPARTMENT Me and my friend was looking for a Honda Odyssey, We did our research and shop around in all Honda dealers in Edmonton, finally Go Honda agreed wi Me and my friend was looking for a Honda Odyssey, We did our research and shop around in all Honda dealers in Edmonton, finally Go Honda agreed with a bi-weekly payment numbers that was acceptable for us as well, and completed initial paper works and $500 payment for confirmation. Later , when we moved to the Finance department, the staff in that section tried to push and pressurizing us to take extra warranties, insurance and others stuffs. As we denied to take any of those, they came up with walk away from their offer simply stating they had made a mistake in their calculations. wow what a cheap excuse... during the half day long negotiation, sales person calculated the numbers, received approval from manager, gone through "all well done" deal completion shake hands and all those stuff..... And even after all credit check, finance approval, and documentation preparation..... As they couldn't satisfy their greedy needs through the extra warranties and stuff they simply denies their own deal... We gone through a lot of pressure ....we were compelled to answer lot of their tricky questions to convince us for the extra warranties.... they pulled out my credit history for nothing... They even tried to get my sign in the documents without mentioning about the change in the price, which written in very small letters.( I could avoid a big mistake as me and my friends were extra cautious) If there is an option to mark negative stars in overall rating, definitely i will give "-5 Star" Total waste of time ...don't go there...wants eat our money for nothing. The women who introduced herself as the finance manager was so rude , stubborn and unprofessional. Tips while dealing with Go Honda : - Avoid Go Honda if possible ; if you cannot follow the below Go for shopping with at least 3-4 people to avoid possible malpractices in the documentation; better safe than sorry - Carefully read each and every letters of all documents -Be assertive and stern towards the finance section -Take the copies of the all the written offers provided by the sales department Thejos More

Worst customer service I found an ad of go honda on instagram. I entered my contact details and got a call from them next day. I booked an appointment and when I went to the I found an ad of go honda on instagram. I entered my contact details and got a call from them next day. I booked an appointment and when I went to the dealership on the day of my appointment, the sales rep himself was not there. I was introduced to a new salesperson and he told that the car which I wanted to see was not in the dealership. He again booked me an appointment for 2 days later. On the day of my second appointment, I called them before going to the dealership and the salesman was again not there. I drove around 70kms to the dealership and they didn’t even care to notify me. I booked an oil change for the weekend while I was away with the understanding my sister would take my car for an oil change. Bad idea! She was treated so poorly. First the service advisor had such a snotty attitude. She wanted my sister to get a tire rotation even after being told winter tires were just put on two weeks ago. She told my sister that “sorrrrreee I don’t deal with stupid” what does that even mean? How is my sister suppose to know that a free oil change is now a $300 package. They don’t keep their word. I’m sorry they have employees that feel the need to treat the people who give them a job like xxxx. She told my sister to pay the $300 for an oil change in cash (since when) or to “back the car up and out of my face” to jiffy lube. When did customer service disappear? She also told my sister that as per the conversation on the phone she shouldn’t of wasted her time by coming down to get an oil change. Who employes people like this? What happened to helping the customer out instead of telling them to use another companies services. It’s disgusting to treat customers this way. When my sister said she would leave she told her “sorrreee sweetie no freebies for you today” xxx it was part of my package when I purchased my car. She said she dosent get paid by free anything and has a quota to make. Is that even true for service advisors?
