Awful experience, they lied to us since the moment I inquired about an SUV advertised on their website. I asked to speak to the manager, this guy comes with a smirk on his face and say we can’t sell it to you. We have so many vehicles and so many customers if you don’t like it leave. Worst car dealership experience EVER!!! Went in to trade in my vehicle for a van because I have small children and didn’t want the hassle of having to sell privately. The first van they sold to me was filthy, smelled like cigarettes and covered with pet hair. They told me it had been side swiped and was fully repaired but when I test drove it the inside plastic panel was completely cracked on the passenger side in the back of the vehicle. They made me take it home that evening, dirty and damaged and promised that they would clean and fix it. All this And they charged me $29,100. It was a 2014 Honda Odyssey with supposedly only 35,000 Kim’s but it had service records in Ontario (which did not sit well with me). They did Not give me any copies of the supposed mechanical inspection The next day I went to the store and the side passenger door would not close properly, the electrical was not working. I brought it back and asked for a different vehicle. They charged me another $900!!! When their website advertises that they have a 30day trade in warrantee. Total xx. The next van they give me is a 2017 odyssey with 56,000kms and they charge me $35,200 for and they “buy back” the 2014 from me for only $21,900!!!!! I only had it for 36hrs!! And only that long cause the sales lady told me not to come in till the next day. Well, they get me to sign off on all the paperwork, and then they pull up the new “working” van....and up pulls this van with 2 broken fog lights!!! Right away the new salesman that was helping me refused to fix them, stating that they are glass and they break easily, and there’s no way they are going to pay to fix them cause they are $400 each and they are “losing” money on this deal already?!?! Then I open the vehicle and MORE cigarette stench and pet hair ALL over:( They send me home.....I’m in tears.....I go back the next morning, visibly upset and feeling taken advantage of. I speak to Grace the service manager and she agrees to fix the lights and get the vehicle detailed.....they also were to throw in all weather mats and those little window/wind shades on the windows. So I bring it in the following Monday, and they kept my vehicle the entire week.....and returned it to my residence on Friday late afternoon, with the parts and still visible pet hair, even a dog treat poking out from under the drivers seat, and encrusted seatbelt wells. It was gross. Over the weekend I discovered the A/C didn’t work, and the following week when I brought it back to be detailed again, they told me if it wasn’t covered by warrantee that I would have to pay out of pocket to fix it!! And to boot the key fob battery needed to be replaced. Do these people ACTUALLY do these “HONDA certified inspections” like they say they do? Seemed like they just flipped a trade in and made it my problem. Like, who sells friggin filthy vehicles?!?! I only went there because my mom bought her last 2 brand new Honda CRV’s from there....and she had a go member ##, they also refused to give her the $500 Go Card that they advertise so much for referring someone and if they buy. They ripped me off horribly, and they should be ashamed for how they treated me and their customer service and sales team. Brutal. More

This is based on my own experience, I was trying to buy a CR-V so I went to GO HONDA West and check, the salesman was good but what the price he offered me does not match of what the finance is giving me. In Finance, They kept on upselling me the protection package I even told them I was not interested but will continuously be pushy until i got so annoyed. When finally removed all those protection package, it still didn't match into the amount that we agreed on so I told CHAANTAL KARMENSKY, Assistant Finance Director to give me a couple of days to decide and she just gave me an attitude and told me “ANYWAY, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION, WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DOWN PAYMENT, IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE” and that irritates me a lot, she just bullied me and try to scare me that They wont give me back the 1,000$ that I gave them to hold the vehicle. I tried to talk with the Sales Manager EUGENIO IOFOLLA trying to seek for help and told me the same arrogantly, in short nobody wants to help me. They told me that I will just get my money back once I buy the CR-V but how, I do not want it anymore. I do not want to deal with them anymore. On that very moment I just feel like not buying from them and Take my money back. They are giving me different price of what we agreed on. So folks, Do not trust this dealership, if they ask you for deposit or money to hold the vehicle do not give them any. They will do the same to you. More

Stay away from this dealership if you want service. On 2 occasions now I have experienced a very hard time trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. $500 deposit to test drive car overnight was never refunded! Go Honda was very helpful when they thought I was buying a car from them. I kept phoning and phoning. Finally I got in touch with someone in finance who said I just had to go in with my Visa card. So I went in and they said they didn't have any record of the $500 deposit, and without a record they couldn't give me my money back. I even had my Visa bill to prove that they had withdrawn the money but didn't refund it. This is 100% unacceptable and they have completely taken advantage someone who thought she needed a deposit to test drive a car! Please never never never give them your money, no matter what they tell you!!! More

Unacceptable customer service Had purchased the extended warranty on a used car we bought in May 2019. However, 5 months later we went to use this warranty only to find out the dealer cancelled the warranty on May 22, 2019. Had to go to the dealer on Friday first thing and receptionist did a great job in an attempt to see what we needed. Then everything went sideways. We waited over 15 minutes before anyone would speak with us. (No other customers were in the dealership at the time.) Went back to the receptionist who went back to someone(?) and took our documents to give them to this unknown person. Another 15 minute wait before we spoke to their business manager (all staff seem to have that title). She explained that she was waiting to speak with someone dealing with the warranty. She never once came to speak with us to find out what the problem was. This leads us to believe that they may be cancelling policies on a regular basis. She promised that she would call us on Friday and leave a voice mail as we were going out of town. Now Tuesday morning, no message was left and I have just called. Receptionist put me through to business manager and I reached the voice mail. I have left a message and await for them to call us back. Left 2 numbers so they have a choice. It has been over 20 minutes and no reply. More
