Excellent customer service For me walking into a car dealership is like stepping into a Lions den just in time for dinner; and this is due to my previous bad experiences. However with TOM BRAID at Go Honda We got great customer services even though we were buying a used car, we were treated as though we were in for a Lamborghini. No hassles, non judgmental, no questions. He was very efficient; Pleasant and patient with us and went above and beyond helping During my purchase of Honda CRV (2005)in October 2020. They will ignore you once you buy the car Do not buy from them. As soon as they sell the car, they don't give a xxxx about you. Bought my car and they sold me an warranty and told me that I Do not buy from them. As soon as they sell the car, they don't give a xxxx about you. Bought my car and they sold me an warranty and told me that I can cancel it within a week. Called the next day to cancel it and I think the finance team disappeared in the bermuda triangle. I spoke with the entire team and none of them would get back to me, I even wrote to the vice president and didn't bother to answer back. They also charged me administration fees of $700 that, clearly in their website mention that they don't have any hidden fees. I've bought many cars in my life and by far this is the worse experience I ever had. More
