Incompetent, lazy, slow and horrible customer service. If I could give a 0 star I would. This has to be one of the most incompetent, slow, lazy dealerships I have dealt with. I brought a 2019 Honda Civic c If I could give a 0 star I would. This has to be one of the most incompetent, slow, lazy dealerships I have dealt with. I brought a 2019 Honda Civic close to a couple months ago now. When I picked up my vehicle on the Friday afternoon I was informed that while freighting in my car it received a couple scratches, I was ensured that I Monday morning I would receive a call to get my car booked in and get the scratches fixed. Monday came around... no call. Tuesday afternoon... still no call, I proceeded to call them to see what's going on and was told they would now call Wednesday. Wednesday comes along... no call. I needed to actually go into the dealership to get it booked. Once I was finally able to bring in the vehicle, the department taking care of the scratches had no idea what I was talking about, they had no clue that they were suppose to be fixing the scratches. After they were unable to fix the deep scratches, I was referred to the auto body department, were once again I was told I would get an email to get my vehicle booked in. 3 WEEKS later I needed to call them to see what was going on and they said it still hadn't been approved by management 3 WEEKS later. After excuses 1 hour later I got it booked it. When it was all done I received a call to come pick up my car and once again I got to the dealership and they couldn't find my keys, turns out it was still was not ready. This dealership is a colossal waste of time and money. I look forward to informing everyone that asks about where to buy a new vehicle to avoid Go Honda at all costs. Some of the worst customer service I have received without a doubt. Oooo... and the best part is after waiting an hour and a half for them to finish washing my vehicle, they left a den where they fixed the scratches. Unbelievable. More

Buying a Used Vehicle I went there to buy a used car. I checked the vehicle and it was not ready for a test drive. The sales person was so agressive and wasn't willing for I went there to buy a used car. I checked the vehicle and it was not ready for a test drive. The sales person was so agressive and wasn't willing for price negotiation but to xxxx you for unnecessery fees and hidden costs. Finally, I agreed a price but on condition to test drive the car. The sales person (Tyson) said I had pay deposit to test drive. I agreed, but he told me the next to get it ready and change the battery. After three days have passed, they called me to come the next day. When the day came, they texted and told me not to come because they said the car was being serviced. Another three days passed. No phone call and no answer to my calls. Finally, I decided to go back to this dealer place and asked for my deposit. Unprofessional and Waste of a Week's Time. More

BEWARE Go AutoGuard & Platinum Shield RIPOFF I love my 2017 CR-V but got suckered into buying the Go AutoGuard and Platinum Shield Protection. If the Finance person you deal with tries to upsale I love my 2017 CR-V but got suckered into buying the Go AutoGuard and Platinum Shield Protection. If the Finance person you deal with tries to upsale you on these two items, BEWARE. He told me that every two years the interior leather would be retreated to keep it supple, that the platinum shield paint protection would be reapplied, and that minor paint chips and dents would be repaired. Today, at my service appointment two years after buying from GO Auto I was told that the leather does NOT get retreated, paint protection is NOT reapplied and paint chips NOT repaired. I was told they repair small dents. (I have none.) Instead they do an inspection. This is what their literature says but is definitely not what the Finance Dept told me two years ago. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a pile of money. Buy some Armour All for the leather and a tube of touchup paint. You will have to do all the work yourself anyway. More
Service department I got excellent service from the salesperson when I was buying new Civic 2019. However within 2 months I had to go twice to the service department for the same problem "Emission System problem". The service department took my car for couple of days and returned it to me saying everything is good. A week later same issue came up and I had to drop the car again. The service department than told me Honda has software update issue with the new Civic 2019 so ignore the message if it comes again until Honda provides them update. Incompetent reason and today the third time the sign comes up. I am so upset with the new car under warranty every week or two weeks this sign comes up and no one knows how to fix it. More
