Poor service. I'm giving this review on the service I received May 02 2019. I phoned the service department about a wiring harness, I was told to go with the wiring I'm giving this review on the service I received May 02 2019. I phoned the service department about a wiring harness, I was told to go with the wiring harness package as that would be cheaper than ordering each piece individually. I was then given a date for it to be installed..... I did not receive the whole package, Hitch Ball was missing, I was told they would mail one to me and I still haven't received it. My complaint also is that I had to wait over 6 hours because the person installing my wiring harness kit didn't know how to put my 2019 Honda Passport back together and that was the reason for the hold up. I don't understand why they gave the job of installing a wiring harness to someone who had no knowledge on how to put the Passport back together. When they did finally bring me my Passport the service guy looked at it and then took it back into the garage again because he wasn't sure if the bumper was correctly aligned . grrrrr, I have a small dog with me and she also is getting very tired and just wants her bed that is in the car. I rate the service department..... 1 STAR. More

The warranty go Honda pushes on you after you agree to purchase, and sit down with financing, has the worst customer service and lots and lots of fine print to get them out of covering you. We recently brought the car to our local ford dealership for repairs and our service advisor said they’re the worst and cheapest company he’s ever dealt with as well. Your better off not going with secure drive and finding a different dealership if you want to purchase warranty with your vehicle. We purchased the elite warranty, brought our explorer in for strut bearing repair but they won’t cover it because the strut bearing is from a bracket group- and they don’t cover brackets. Even tho a strut bearing is broken they won’t do it because the strut bearing is part of a bracket. Which I understand but the bearing is what’s wrong and bearings are “covered” They also don’t cover failure analysis and shop supplies. If I could give them no stars I would. Financing pushes super hard for paint protection and etc to be added to your bill and to be honest I’ve heard it was crap before and now after trying it, really there’s no reason id ever spend a few grand on stuff like that again. Dosent help or do anything. After one year there’s tiny rust spots starting on the car we have to use clay bar to remove. The ford technician was blown away they wouldn’t cover this after we’d spent several thousand on the elite warranty. More
Incompetent, lazy, slow and horrible customer service. If I could give a 0 star I would. This has to be one of the most incompetent, slow, lazy dealerships I have dealt with. I brought a 2019 Honda Civic c If I could give a 0 star I would. This has to be one of the most incompetent, slow, lazy dealerships I have dealt with. I brought a 2019 Honda Civic close to a couple months ago now. When I picked up my vehicle on the Friday afternoon I was informed that while freighting in my car it received a couple scratches, I was ensured that I Monday morning I would receive a call to get my car booked in and get the scratches fixed. Monday came around... no call. Tuesday afternoon... still no call, I proceeded to call them to see what's going on and was told they would now call Wednesday. Wednesday comes along... no call. I needed to actually go into the dealership to get it booked. Once I was finally able to bring in the vehicle, the department taking care of the scratches had no idea what I was talking about, they had no clue that they were suppose to be fixing the scratches. After they were unable to fix the deep scratches, I was referred to the auto body department, were once again I was told I would get an email to get my vehicle booked in. 3 WEEKS later I needed to call them to see what was going on and they said it still hadn't been approved by management 3 WEEKS later. After excuses 1 hour later I got it booked it. When it was all done I received a call to come pick up my car and once again I got to the dealership and they couldn't find my keys, turns out it was still was not ready. This dealership is a colossal waste of time and money. I look forward to informing everyone that asks about where to buy a new vehicle to avoid Go Honda at all costs. Some of the worst customer service I have received without a doubt. Oooo... and the best part is after waiting an hour and a half for them to finish washing my vehicle, they left a den where they fixed the scratches. Unbelievable. More

Buying a Used Vehicle I went there to buy a used car. I checked the vehicle and it was not ready for a test drive. The sales person was so agressive and wasn't willing for I went there to buy a used car. I checked the vehicle and it was not ready for a test drive. The sales person was so agressive and wasn't willing for price negotiation but to xxxx you for unnecessery fees and hidden costs. Finally, I agreed a price but on condition to test drive the car. The sales person (Tyson) said I had pay deposit to test drive. I agreed, but he told me the next to get it ready and change the battery. After three days have passed, they called me to come the next day. When the day came, they texted and told me not to come because they said the car was being serviced. Another three days passed. No phone call and no answer to my calls. Finally, I decided to go back to this dealer place and asked for my deposit. Unprofessional and Waste of a Week's Time. More
