$500 deposit to test drive car overnight was never refunded! Go Honda was very helpful when they thought I was buying a car from them. They even collected $500 as a deposit on an overnight test drive of a pretty little blue Honda HRV. When I returned the car the next day and didn't end up buying it, I didn't get the deposit back. I kept phoning and phoning. Finally I got in touch with someone in finance who said I just had to go in with my Visa card. So I went in and they said they didn't have any record of the $500 deposit, and without a record they couldn't give me my money back. I even had my Visa bill to prove that they had withdrawn the money but didn't refund it. This is 100% unacceptable and they have completely taken advantage someone who thought she needed a deposit to test drive a car! Please never never never give them your money, no matter what they tell you!!! More
Never buy from go honda Bought a 2012 sti with extended warranty. Went to Subaru and find out this car had so many problems before I bought it. Go Honda is the worst and never again. More

Unacceptable customer service Had purchased the extended warranty on a used car we bought in May 2019. However, 5 months later we went to use this warranty only to find out the dea Had purchased the extended warranty on a used car we bought in May 2019. However, 5 months later we went to use this warranty only to find out the dealer cancelled the warranty on May 22, 2019. Had to go to the dealer on Friday first thing and receptionist did a great job in an attempt to see what we needed. Then everything went sideways. We waited over 15 minutes before anyone would speak with us. (No other customers were in the dealership at the time.) Went back to the receptionist who went back to someone(?) and took our documents to give them to this unknown person. Another 15 minute wait before we spoke to their business manager (all staff seem to have that title). She explained that she was waiting to speak with someone dealing with the warranty. She never once came to speak with us to find out what the problem was. This leads us to believe that they may be cancelling policies on a regular basis. She promised that she would call us on Friday and leave a voice mail as we were going out of town. Now Tuesday morning, no message was left and I have just called. Receptionist put me through to business manager and I reached the voice mail. I have left a message and await for them to call us back. Left 2 numbers so they have a choice. It has been over 20 minutes and no reply. More

Straightforward and honest sales team I contacted the dealership to check out a used car for my son. I spoke to Jason S and immediately realized that he wasn’t your “typical” salesperson. Jason was friendly and professional from the start. He didn’t play games and had us in the car within minutes of arrival. This is a man who appreciates that time is negotiation was painless as once again he was honest and open. Unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past, they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. When I later dealt with Viktoria, I found her equally professional and easy to deal with. Another excellent salesperson! She reviewed the options but was very respectful when I declined extended warranty etc. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would (and will) recommend this team to my colleagues. More

I phoned the service department about a wiring harness, I was told to go with the wiring harness package as that would be cheaper than ordering each piece individually. I was then given a date for it to be installed..... I did not receive the whole package, Hitch Ball was missing, I was told they would mail one to me and I still haven't received it. My complaint also is that I had to wait over 6 hours because the person installing my wiring harness kit didn't know how to put my 2019 Honda Passport back together and that was the reason for the hold up. I don't understand why they gave the job of installing a wiring harness to someone who had no knowledge on how to put the Passport back together. When they did finally bring me my Passport the service guy looked at it and then took it back into the garage again because he wasn't sure if the bumper was correctly aligned . grrrrr, I have a small dog with me and she also is getting very tired and just wants her bed that is in the car. I rate the service department..... 1 STAR. More

Don’t buy the elite warranty We bought the most expensive warranty with our vehicle last year so we’d be covered for everything. The warranty go Honda pushes on you after you agree to purchase, and sit down with financing, has the worst customer service and lots and lots of fine print to get them out of covering you. We recently brought the car to our local ford dealership for repairs and our service advisor said they’re the worst and cheapest company he’s ever dealt with as well. Your better off not going with secure drive and finding a different dealership if you want to purchase warranty with your vehicle. We purchased the elite warranty, brought our explorer in for strut bearing repair but they won’t cover it because the strut bearing is from a bracket group- and they don’t cover brackets. Even tho a strut bearing is broken they won’t do it because the strut bearing is part of a bracket. Which I understand but the bearing is what’s wrong and bearings are “covered” They also don’t cover failure analysis and shop supplies. If I could give them no stars I would. Financing pushes super hard for paint protection and etc to be added to your bill and to be honest I’ve heard it was crap before and now after trying it, really there’s no reason id ever spend a few grand on stuff like that again. Dosent help or do anything. After one year there’s tiny rust spots starting on the car we have to use clay bar to remove. The ford technician was blown away they wouldn’t cover this after we’d spent several thousand on the elite warranty. More
