Ripping people with xxxx of money- bad service and repairs I gave my charger for check engine light.. which after diagonis turned out to be thermostat problem. I had to wait for 3-5 days for part. When i gave my car again for thermostat replacement. No body xxxxing called me if my car is ready for pick up. Again paid $375 for labour to get thermostat installed But car was even worse with heat after i got it. I cane back in an hour that heat is not working at all. I paid xxxx alot of money. Manager told me to come back on monday. No service and no courtesy in this cold weather that how a customer is gna drive his car in -9 temperature with no heat and fog on windows. More

Ripoff March 31st /2016 ibought a journey and traded in my old car and ask them to take off winter tires and wait a couple weeks they sold with my old car th March 31st /2016 ibought a journey and traded in my old car and ask them to take off winter tires and wait a couple weeks they sold with my old car then they got them back two weeks later and said do not wirry we will store them and fall to do oil change and put my winter tires on and they said they missplaced them waited two weeks and called back and will not do anything about them and will take calls or respond to letter from lawyer or even try to replace them now i have to sue them they a bad dealership and will rip you off DO NOT GO THERE More

Kim (Sales Manager) called me and I am updating my review of Go Dodge Surrey due to the excellent service and massive apology I received this morning. Kim (Sales Manager) called me and was lovely. She took it upon herself to fix every single thing as well as go above and beyond and offered me a full tank of gas and a credit for my first oil change. They are replacing my windshield, fixing the scratch and giving it a proper detail. I'm impressed by their follow up and action due to some bad communication. They have also implemented a new message system at the dealership so that no messages from clients are missed. Thank you for your professionalism!! More
