The only reason they even got a two is for the service advisor Britney who was outstanding and trying over and over and over to help us with all the mistakes that kept getting made. We’ve spent just under $10,000 in five months and it’s been honestly a headache with errors nonstop fuel wasted, time wasted etc. No I would not use the service centre again I did reach out to the service manager after he left me a message and he’s never returned a call to me yet. Well where do we start, we bought a Dodge Power wagon 2018. Picked the truck up on Wednesday drove it home and parked. The truck was cheap We drove to the Dealership on Monday August 28/2022 and Talked to the manager. Yes I was very upset and instead of offering us a different truck even if it cost more money. They had the service manager take it to check it. They gave us a loaner to drive. But by now I was really pissed off talked to like a child from the service manager. They said they will fix the transmission but may take 15-30 days. Now keep in mind we had the truck 5 days and only put 600km and now we have to wait to have it fixed this is unbelievable. The dealership should have just taken the truck back no question asked. We even bought the extra warranty. To be treated like this is unacceptable, yes I was very upset but who wouldn’t be. This dealership is terrible selling a truck when shortly after the transmission goes and wouldn’t consider trading for a different vehicle because I went in mad. More

Our Service Advisor (Charlene) was excellent by not only arranging rides for us while the truck was in their shop but also kept us up to date on the diagnosis and progress on the repair. In the end they fixed the park sensor and charged a very reasonable amount too. Considering how friendly everyone was, the prompt service we received, and good value for the relatively complex work performed in this case, we would highly recommend the Go Dodge Red Deer Service Department to others. PS my 4 year old was also very grateful to the staff for going out of their way to give him a brand new Hot Wheels Viper! - you don't see that kind of service often. More

John (General Sales Manager) even participated by providing a final price that fit my budget and requirement for the best deal I could find. Upon checkout Graham (Finance Manager) was easy-going and very efficient in providing options and wrapping up the paper work needed for me to get on the road. On a final note, the large dealership building seemed new, and was bright and open with lots of windows and space – very comfortable. So for all these reasons I would recommend Go Dodge Red Deer to friends, family, and anyone else in the market for a vehicle. Tony More

She decided to test drive but there was a sign on the windshield saying not safe to drive dont drive. Which seemed weird. why wud they park a vehicle that wasnt fit to be driven on the front yard and advertise it? We ended up dealing with 4 different salesmen. Very Very aggresive salesman put tremendous pressure on us to just buy the vehicle once!! Very rude manager . When we went to pick up the jeep it was very low on fuel low enough that the command start wudnt start it!!!! how stupid is that and the salesman that we dealt with wasnt there to give us the keys.. finance manager somehow snuck in the cost for the vehicle repairs that the jeep needed from the previous owner!!!!!! they said it was a recon fee on the bill of sale . anyway we took it home noticed right away it handled very bad felt unsafe. So they came and got it and found out the rear shocks were shot so they changed them. The vehicle has never handled good. When we took it to our local dodge dealer they said stearing gear is leaking fortunatelty warranty fixed that. but by then our cup was full. We have sold the jeep and took a huge loss but so glad to have it out of our lives.. We are telling our friends to AVOID GO DODGE RED DEER. More

Rated it a 1, would have rated it at a zero if that had been an option, Place is a joke. Went in and looked at a new 3500 Laramie diesel. List was over $95,000. Nobody pays sticker price, ever but the xxx been an option, Place is a joke. Went in and looked at a new 3500 Laramie diesel. List was over $95,000. Nobody pays sticker price, ever but the xxxxxxxxx manager flat out told me they had to have list price plus gst. Due to the diesel truck shortage, these xxxxx are gouging the public for no good reason. Told the clown to keep his truck, Absolute price gouging flat out!!!!!!! As well, parts are ridiculously priced, total gouging going on there as well. Wouldn't darken their door again if i was paid to. Shop elsewhere is my advice, its not worth the effort of getting out of your car and going inside!!!! More

Bought a vehicle from them that for good reasons didn’t work out. Had it for a week brought it back in exchange for higher priced vehicle.
