Don’t trust anything the salesman tells you. Promised a trip to Vegas with purchase of a vehicle, 6 months later and still waiting. When I picked my brand new truck up the windshield was cracked and no mention of it. If I wouldn’t have noticed they wouldn’t have said anything. Had to go back twice to get the right running boards, apparently chrome and black is silver painted. Overall a very poor experience. More
I'm going to start with, I visited Red Deer go auto dodge. I did apply for a car loan. It didn't go through. So the sales guy took it Upon himself and gave out my personal information to some other d dodge. I did apply for a car loan. It didn't go through. So the sales guy took it Upon himself and gave out my personal information to some other dealer without my permission. His name was Aanish Sharma, he is a sales staff at go dodge Red Deer. I contacted to head office at go dodge honda in edmonton. They basically told me to go xxxx my self and prove it. This has got to be the most shadiest company to ever deal with. Giving out your personal info is not the way to do business. They never asked me if they could give it out. Don't deal with go auto, you might get scamed, of frauded by a 3rd party or even by them. Do not trust them. More
Had to troubleshoot and repair a clutch fan issue on my 2019 Ram 3500 and our service advisor Britney was excellent - friendly, great communication and service in every way. Christopher Jorgensen was the the service tech is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed promptly once the part arrived on site. The only reason they even got a two is for the service advisor Britney who was outstanding and trying over and over and over to help us with all the mistakes that kept getting made. We’ve spent just under advisor Britney who was outstanding and trying over and over and over to help us with all the mistakes that kept getting made. We’ve spent just under $10,000 in five months and it’s been honestly a headache with errors nonstop fuel wasted, time wasted etc. No I would not use the service centre again I did reach out to the service manager after he left me a message and he’s never returned a call to me yet. Well where do we start, we bought a Dodge Power wagon 2018. Picked the truck up on Wednesday drove it home and parked. Drove to Calgary and back to Caroline roughly 600 km the truck had 88850km when we bought it. The transmission started to act up and wouldn't shift out of 4 gear. I would say I was very pissed off. The truck was cheap We drove to the Dealership on Monday August 28/2022 and Talked to the manager. Yes I was very upset and instead of offering us a different truck even if it cost more money. They had the service manager take it to check it. They gave us a loaner to drive. But by now I was really pissed off talked to like a child from the service manager. They said they will fix the transmission but may take 15-30 days. Now keep in mind we had the truck 5 days and only put 600km and now we have to wait to have it fixed this is unbelievable. The dealership should have just taken the truck back no question asked. We even bought the extra warranty. To be treated like this is unacceptable, yes I was very upset but who wouldn’t be. This dealership is terrible selling a truck when shortly after the transmission goes and wouldn’t consider trading for a different vehicle because I went in mad. More
