NEVER!! Will I bring my vehicle back here again the service rep is extremely rude! And spoke to me like I was a complete moron! Acting as if warranty issues were my fault! Repairs are to take 7+ days, service rep is extremely rude! And spoke to me like I was a complete moron! Acting as if warranty issues were my fault! Being a female and dealing with the service department, there was one particular service guy that I had to deal with. He talked to me like i was incompetent and not capable of comprehending anything he was there was one particular service guy that I had to deal with. He talked to me like i was incompetent and not capable of comprehending anything he was telling me. He was very abrassive and did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. After paying just under $1000 I was sent away. When a problem arrised with the new piece they had put in, his immediate solution was to pay $75 to have it diagnosed. No suggestions or thoughts at all. I stated that I was a single mother and could not afford that and he just said that is all they could do. I will NOT use this service department again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else that I know. More
