Kyle Fountain was the car salesman and was very good The salesman was very good At explaining things and no pressure in buying the vehicle. He had three vehicles ready that we looked at. Two new ones and the used one I had originally came in to ask questions about. We test drove the used vehicle as it was in our price range. The two new ones were too expensive and I could not afford them. So now I hope I can make the payments on the used one I bought. It is very nice to drive. More

Selling the un-sellable While thinking of purchasing a new minivan I was contacted by Alex Gillis a salesman from God Dodge Red Deer thanks to a mutual friend. Although very sceptical to begin with Alex, Tina and the rest of the team at Go Dodge Red Deer Team took a lot of time to understand my needs, concerns whether it be with the vehicle it's self or the financing required (I hate banks). Alex helped by showing me a wide range of vehicles with the options I wanted and working hard to find the exact one that would fit my budget and my needs ( I had him test drive a lot of them lol). Although it was a team effort to complete the sale, if it were not for the trust instilled by Alex through the three days I can say this sale would not have happened. The fact that over the three days (my fault) I never went elsewhere or got cold feet and (went dark) shows that Alex made the experience comfortable and he had the right unit and deal, and my trust (not an easy feat). I did get an offer from another Dodge Dealership at the 11'th hour claiming they could beat the deal offered to me, in the end, due to the great experience I had had up till then, I wanted to continue to deal with Alex Gillis and Tina Lamb and didn't care if I paid a dollar or two more for that service. A wonderful experience, especially for someone with considerable sales experience (I had been referred to as Un-sellable by some), I was not expecting to be so comfortable. Thanks to Alex and Tina! We love the Van!!!!! And Really enjoyed the experience!!! My first referral should be coming this week!!! More
