Kyle Fountain was the car salesman and was very good The salesman was very good At explaining things and no pressure in buying the vehicle. He had three vehicles ready that we looked at. Two new ones and the used one I had originally came in to ask questions about. We test drove the used vehicle as it was in our price range. The two new ones were too expensive and I could not afford them. So now I hope I can make the payments on the used one I bought. It is very nice to drive. More

NEVER!! Will I bring my vehicle back here again the service rep is extremely rude! And spoke to me like I was a complete moron! Acting as if warranty issues were my fault! Being a female and dealing with the service department, there was one particular service guy that I had to deal with. He talked to me like i was incompetent and not capable of comprehending anything he was there was one particular service guy that I had to deal with. He talked to me like i was incompetent and not capable of comprehending anything he was telling me. He was very abrassive and did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. After paying just under $1000 I was sent away. When a problem arrised with the new piece they had put in, his immediate solution was to pay $75 to have it diagnosed. No suggestions or thoughts at all. I stated that I was a single mother and could not afford that and he just said that is all they could do. I will NOT use this service department again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else that I know. More
