We arranged an appointment to view a vehicle and we’re pleasantly greeted by our salesperson Eric Lundie. We found Eric to be very honest and helpful in spite of his sales manager who was difficult during pleasantly greeted by our salesperson Eric Lundie. Of course the salespeople have to follow the directions given by the manager. This made the negotiations tiring and stressful. Give me a price, if I like the price I say ok. If I don't like the price, I counter, if my counter does not work for the seller, I walk. Period. No stupid games about lets write up an offer and I will do my best to get my sales manager to accept it. Thats B.S. and we know it, the salesperson is NEVER on the side of the buyer. The only thing the sales manager and the salesperson ever discuss is how much more money can we chisel out of the buyer. And then once we get the buyer to agree on a price and want to own the vehicle, lets whack-on a doc fee. If you like the stupid used-car-sales game, Go Auto is your destination. If you want to be dealt with in an honest, respectful manner, go anywhere else except GoAuto. These rating sites should allow zero-stars, thats the rating I want to give this GoAuto Leduc. More
