I went in to see a vehicle near closing shift and my wife and I liked the vehicle and was told that we could sleep on it and come back the next day to make a final purchase if we would want it. I was told by the salesman Brandon that day that their would be possible minor negotiations for a couple hundred dollars. When we left it was closing time that day. The next morning I received texts from 2 different salesmen named Sid and Brandon. Brandon offering me a 200$ gas card on top of my purchase and Sid encourage me all day to come in and purchase the vehicle already that it was waiting for me. I had a appointment with Sid/ Brandon to see the vehicle at 5:30 only to get there and be told that the vehicle had a deposit put down the day before we left which was when the place closed so not possible. And even if possible they continued on to waste my time the next day trying to get me in to purchase the vehicle to only tell me that it has a deposit on it already and if I want to purchase it I can pay full price plus tax to void the deposit. I assumed this was all a scam but then to be sure I had someone message them again the next day and ask if the vehicle was available and I was told by a third salesmen saying yes the vehicle is available .so long story short is don’t waste your time with these scammers, they will do whatever they can to try and steal your money. I was also contact by Alex the manager after I told that 3rd salesman that his Tiguan was it actually available and was sent away the day before due to a deposit already on it . The manager went on to tell me it was spending deal and vehicle wasn’t for purchase at this time. But the day before the vehicle was available for purchase if I paid full price to void a deposit. Such a scam place. Never buy here. Also look at reviews and make sure their are not extra fees like people are saying, make sure you take those contracts and complaints with AMVIC, they do not deserve to be considered under AMVIC. This dealership has a very interesting business model. The car I purchased was posted on the GoAuto website and I watched it for a while to see if the price would change. I thought this was just too much so I waited and watched, and a few weeks later the price dropped by $2000.00. Well that seemed like a good deal for a 2015 Mercedes Benz B250 with approximately 95,000 KM. I went in and test drove the car. I liked it and I slept on it before making my final decision. At this point pricing had not been discussed and I assumed the posted price online was what I was getting. Here’s where the “interesting business model comes into play”. The website clearly states that the price of the car that you see on the website is all you will pay “No extra fees”. For some reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted that they would honor this policy…. How naive. When I returned to sign papers they presented me with a contract totaling $18,900.00. I laughed and asked what that was. When I told them the price I was expecting to pay they actually laughed at me. We discussed it a little further and they said they would be willing to sell for the original price posted on the website of $15,900.00. I was not impressed however I did like the car and decided it was probably a fair price “sales people have a way of making you feel good about bad decisions”. When I went to sign for financing the contract that was handed to me was for a grand total of $18,900.00……. The old bait and switch twice over…. Needless to say after negotiating again they added a bunch of extra fees and $15,900.00 turned right back into $18,900.00 really fast… “No Extra Fees”. In the end I bought the car. Do I feel like I got screwed? Absolutely. Do I enjoy the car? Mostly. Do I have to force myself not to think about the whole deal every morning commute? You better believe it! Would I recommend this dealer to my worst enemy? Not a chance. To add salt to my already salty gash. I purchased the car in March. I received a text message from GoAuto in late April asking me to recommend them to friends and family for a discount on future purchases…….. I realize I probably look like a big enough sucker to take the bait again. Their will be no future purchases. More

Customer service was great but when I got my vehicle they decided to overlook that it was winter and put summer washer fluid in my vehicle. Guess what happened? Now they say it’s up to me on my dime to get it to a dealership when I can’t drive it on a highway as some might know what Alberta highways are like with semi truck traffic. Hate to make it about a little thing but that goes to show it’s about selling and not safety. More

I was interested in 2011 Subaru Legacy as of yesterday and it was listed at $10,900. The sales man said he was going to get back to me and checked today all of sudden the price went up to $12,900, big sur and it was listed at $10,900. I’m not impressed with this Go Auto outlet, they are trying to price gouge customers and take advantage of them. I do not recommend shopping here! More
