Well i'm Still waiting for my $500 that they took from me for a deposit!!!NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I recommend that people out there NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE!! I've never heard a place asking for a deposit to ho for a deposit!!!NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I recommend that people out there NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE!! This dealership had the vehicle I was looking for and Ron came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. Ron went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was clean, full of gas and that we were c came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. At no point did I feel pressured or feel that he was helping me for sake of commission. It's refreshing. When I dealt with the last step of financing, I was offered the extended warranty, which I chose to buy. At no point was I pressured for that. Rather, i was given the information to make my decision. I would recommend this dealership because it has a lot of inventory, it is away from the busy city and I felt taken care of. More

The sale person Daniel was ok was told it had to get escalated to the manager, tried to get ahold of George the general manager I was told….to get th The sale person Daniel was ok was told it had to get escalated to the manager, tried to get ahold of George the general manager I was told….to get this fixed is a total nightmare all I hear is crickets called 3 times and never called me back, bought the car 2 weeks this Thursday, we needed a more reliable vehicle so my gf can get me to and from my cancer apts and test apts and this suv pulls to the right, back breaks sound like there grinding, the air box filter keeps falling out cause it’s broke, they tried to use a strap tie to hold it together 😂 wasn’t broke when I looked at it, this has been happening since the first day we picked it up. they replaced the windshield but when we picked it up had a chip under the windshield wipers but it’s our fault 😂 you guys have the worst customer service. Way to take advantage of people. Take the money and run kinda deal. Talked with hazem and because he has service records means it’s fixed, we’ll guess what, just because you put parts on it doesn’t mean that fixes the problem. Give your head a shake. More
Our sales person was very personable, answered all our questions, our experience with dealership was good. The vehicle was nicely detailed. We were however, disappointed that we received only one key fob questions, our experience with dealership was good. The vehicle was nicely detailed. We were however, disappointed that we received only one key fob and they were not prepared to provide a second fob on $48K vehicle. A new fob will cost us another $400.00. More
