Went there looking to purchase a vehicle gave them my price range took a truck for a test drive had it for the night as I was driving home engine light on a couple other things took back the next tell me price range took a truck for a test drive had it for the night as I was driving home engine light on a couple other things took back the next tell me how that passed an out of province inspection. so looked at a different vehicle told them the price range they came back with a different amount then when we came in to sign the papers over the phone the finance guys says yes we got at price we argued on but I send u docusign because of the amount thought that was strange so we drove into today to sign papers the finance guy comes over starts talking then my husband says I do t want to hear it get to the point the payment was more than we agreed on so we said no and walked away. Buyer beware they changed the amount on us 3 times yet telling us we are working on it telling us all we had to do was come in and sign as they got it at agreed amount. Well this was a total lie don’t fall for this crap. total waste of a persons time. Sure glad we walked away from it. Feel sorry for the young sales guy but was not falling for the finance lying…. More

Go Auto contacted me to sell my Jeep. After submitting pictures, Vin # etc and text messages back and forth I was then pushed off to the purchasing team. After answering all of the questions the purchasing team wanted they are now not interested as I am in sask which I was previously asked. What a waste of my time!!! So long Story if they contact you to sell your vehicle, save your time and ignore them. More
I'm a 40 year old looking to trade up my midlife crisis mustang for a descent 20k car.. not having to much luck.. here's my go auto experience... My car appraised at 26k to 29K outside of go auto... they lowballed me at 24.. A manager briefly refused to give me my deposit.... the physical store feel is dark, gloomy and cramped...there's to many sales staff standing and staring at everyone who walks in... the receptionist needs a raise working in that environment...a car that cost 18k today when you ask about it shouldn't cost 19k tomorrow and having your staff tell buyers this just makes there work harder and makes them look like their trying to rip you off / you need a new way of passing this info to buyers / like a sign saying "we will openly rip you off" if you don't pay attention.... the online selection is great however there's quite a few go auto locations and they move cars from location to location / this is 2023 you need to update your locations of your vehicles the minute they leave the old location.... My go auto experience was pretty awful and i will not be purchasing from them nor will i suggest anyone to visit their locations.. stay outta their pothole parking lots.. oh... lastly,, my wife got called cute by the sales guy.. gotta love it when the sales guy sizes up your wife while trying to rip you off... with a smile!
