Had a very poor experience with this Go Auto location. I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) bu I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) but then he stopped emailing with me. When I began texting him he said he could not 100% guarantee he could give me the deal we agreed to. I was quite angry with him so complained to the dealership. Despite showing them the emails (which language they twisted) the sales manager refused to honour the deal we had made. The deal was basically a ploy to make us drive the 1 1/2 hours and squeeze us for more than what we wanted to pay. Will not deal with this dealership again. I am warning everyone I know to stay away from them as well. More

Inquired about a truck here and set up a time to see it on a Monday. Received multiple confirmation texts and calls from the salesman(it was actually a bit much). Went there looking to purchase a vehicle gave them my price range took a truck for a test drive had it for the night as I was driving home engine light on a couple other things took back the next tell me price range took a truck for a test drive had it for the night as I was driving home engine light on a couple other things took back the next tell me how that passed an out of province inspection. so looked at a different vehicle told them the price range they came back with a different amount then when we came in to sign the papers over the phone the finance guys says yes we got at price we argued on but I send u docusign because of the amount thought that was strange so we drove into today to sign papers the finance guy comes over starts talking then my husband says I do t want to hear it get to the point the payment was more than we agreed on so we said no and walked away. Buyer beware they changed the amount on us 3 times yet telling us we are working on it telling us all we had to do was come in and sign as they got it at agreed amount. Well this was a total lie don’t fall for this crap. total waste of a persons time. Sure glad we walked away from it. Feel sorry for the young sales guy but was not falling for the finance lying….
