Had a very poor experience with this Go Auto location. I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) bu I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) but then he stopped emailing with me. When I began texting him he said he could not 100% guarantee he could give me the deal we agreed to. I was quite angry with him so complained to the dealership. Despite showing them the emails (which language they twisted) the sales manager refused to honour the deal we had made. The deal was basically a ploy to make us drive the 1 1/2 hours and squeeze us for more than what we wanted to pay. Will not deal with this dealership again. I am warning everyone I know to stay away from them as well. More

Bad customer service, try to sell me a RAV4 with $6000 in repairs (2 seperate accidents) which they never told me about. Waited all day for a call back on a different unit and still nothing. Inquired about a truck here and set up a time to see it on a Monday. Received multiple confirmation texts and calls from the salesman(it was actually a bit much).
