This is the first time I buy a car and feel amazing about how the deal went. Probably the best word to describe it is... "Transparent". They did not make me waste my time. The focus from the get-go was on making me feel comfortable with the car that I wanted, the options I needed and the price I paid. In no moment I felt like I was taken advantage of, nor I was being upsold as if I was a naive customer. They presented the information in such a way that I was in power of making the decisions. Once you are done with the car, dealing with Jeff for completing the transaction is an absolute pleasure. No different than working with Teel and the rest of the sales team. If you are not near Georgetown, I swear it is worth your drive! I visited other VW dealerships as I was set on the car, and the way I was traeted was not even close to how I was treated at GTown's VW. I know my new Passat will always come home for service. Anecdotal reports streamed in on the message boards about GTA dealers requesting shady non-refundable deposits or being kept in-the-dark about the status of their order. Georgetown made sure I was well-informed throughout my long 9-month wait for the car with honest and friendly service. There is a reason why Georgetown is recommended again and again on VW enthusiast message boards, and it isn't because of the leisurely 70 km drive it takes for me to get there! Highly recommended! Went there twice. First time getting info and asking questions. Called and left a message for the first sales rep we worked with. We asked when he would be in and stopped in during that time the next da questions. Called and left a message for the first sales rep we worked with. We asked when he would be in and stopped in during that time the next day. Second time to firm up what we wanted, see if they had it in stock, and try to buy a car. First rep wasn't in as we were told so we started with another rep. He passed our info on to his manager after quickly checking inventory for what we were looking for. That was a Tuesday. Saturday decided to go to another dealership. We will be picking up our 2009 2.0T Passat 6 Speed from Mark Wilson's next week after they have the windows tinted for us. We could have been in our new vehicle right now with just a little effort Georgetown. Thanks though; this one is super perfect! Next year when we upgrade our other VW Mark Wilson's will be the FIRST place we look! More
