We highly recommend the dealership for their excellent service. Trust, superior quality, fairness in pricing for work performed, and above all honourable engagement and a simple straight up decency and integrity in conduct and action has framed Georgetown Volkswagen’s relationship with us as customers. Its service staff, service managers, advisors, technicians, parts department staff and others working the shop floor have kept us safe as they have repaired, maintained and monitored the mechanical well-being of the Volkswagens we have owned through the years. Had The absolute worst experience there I’d never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. the finance manager took advantage of me when I was vulnerable and now I am paying for it. I was told I was purchasing GAP insurance to now be told it was a loyalty program. yes I should have read the documents over in full detail but I trusted the dealership And was very clear with what I wanted and was told that was exactly what I was getting. The general manager won’t return my calls and make things right proving this is the type of dealership he wants to represent. More

Worst dealer around. ... 2 year old car that won't take gasoline. Takes 20 mins to put in $20 dollars of gas. Dealer says its my fault because I overfilled it. He was able to find the best car lease for myself. Hisham was great at addressing my questions and finding me the best lease for my budget. His flexibility and willingness to help me find the perfect car was exceptional. Hisham and his team at Georgetown Volkswagen have been fantastic and have made the process of car shopping enjoyable! I would highly recommend Hisham to anyone because his service and hospitality is one that isn’t available at other dealerships! I rate my overall experience a 10 star! Jodi More
Bought a used car from this dealership. The used car manager was quite rude when negotiating the price. They boast about how much it cost them to safety the car, etc, etc. A month after I purchased the manager was quite rude when negotiating the price. They boast about how much it cost them to safety the car, etc, etc. A month after I purchased the car, front brake warnings light came on. The pads has like 10% left. There's no way it passed safety when I bought it. This is not my daily car. I hardly put any mileage on it. No doubt they have some nice car on the lot, but I wouldn't pay them any extra for being a big dealership if they don't safety or recondition their car properly. More

Contacted them afterwards to provide customer feedback and it's like they were offended and flat out refused to even acknowledge their mistake - and this is what bothered me the most. They can't even acknowledge their mistake and apologize, so I won't be coming back here or referring them to anyone. Despite this being my 'home dealer,' I'll happily be making the trek to Oakville or Bramgate VW in future. More

A VW agent emailed me offering a trade in option, went in and signed the offer documents, but realized later that day I was being ripped off, emailed them back to cancel and this is where they turn into bullies! They replied by stating "all sales are final", this is more of a dollar store policy not a proper dealership! I do not remember signing any document that stated anything was final. I know it is sad they are losing such a big deal and commission but they cannot and will not force me to proceed with the deal. Will definitely escalate to consumer protection and the better business bureau. More
