Awesome Dealership! The car that I purchased had "lot damage". I decided to get the car anyways since it is the car that we really like and the sales person promised to t The car that I purchased had "lot damage". I decided to get the car anyways since it is the car that we really like and the sales person promised to take care of it free of charge. It took them longer than expected to repair the damage. Although they provided me with a "loaner car", the time I spent going back and forth to the dealership and waiting for days to get my hands back on my car is time I will never be getting back. It was a very friendly and straight forward experience though. Aside from the fact that the sales person forgot to give me my OnStar account when we left the dealership and my bill of sale indicated "Premium" instead of "Essence", I have no other complaints. Hands down to Michael and Kathy! More power to Gauthier Cadillac Buick GMC! More
