Once we found the car we liked, he sent us out to test drive on our own, giving some suggestions on routes to experience various road types and how to test some of the features new to us. After I discovered the vehicle I wanted, I had to break the news that I couldn't complete the purchase until my funds cleared the bank, and by then, I would be incapacitated due to medical issues. He was so kind, that he worked with the "office" people to put the car on hold for me so that I didn't have to loose out on the "deals" while still keeping this Non-Paid vehicle for my payment and pick up before the month end. I must say I was very happy with the thoughtfulness and sincerity of service I experienced with this sales team. More
